Brilliant staff overcame the shortcomings of the hotel
Pros:

Delightful staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed

Cons:

Shower was hand held - nowhere to hold it on wall. Limited storage in bedroom.
Accessibility would be a problem for many - very steep and at times dangerous steps to the town

Views to remember
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location overlooking the historic town and the port. The staff were extremely helpful, especially regarding parking and carrying cases.

Cons:

There are no lifts in the building and no easy way to get cases to hotel. If you take a small case and you are ok with stairs then you’ll have no problem. It’s just something to be aware of and as I said the staff help carrying cases.

Από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες σε ξενοδοχείο ! Το προσωπικό εξαιρετικό ! Ευγενικό αμέσως σε κάνουν να νιώσεις οικία κ πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει ! Επίσης ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί όλοι με το σκυλάκι μας !
Το πρωινό από τα καλύτερα αν όχι το καλύτερο που έχουμε φάει ,πεντανόστιμο !!
Η θέα ήταν εξαιρετική από το δωμάτιο και η διακόσμηση επίσης τέλεια ! Η τοποθεσία φοβερή σε 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεσαι στο κεντρο !

Friendly very comfortable hotel with fabulous views of Nafplio town and harbour. Staff were very friendly, we particularly enjoyed Dorina's food recommendations regarding the buffet breakfast and local insights. Family room provided good space for a couple.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like, it was all good.

Nous reviendrons!
Pros:

Nous sommes venus en famille avec nos 2 enfants pour 2 nuits. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux tant d'Alexandra le soir que de Dorina le matin. La terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner est très agréable et le buffet bien fourni! Enfin Dorina était aux petits soins avec nous et d'une extrême gentillesse avec nos enfants!
L'hôtel est très bien situé sur les hauteurs: accès à pied facile vers la vieille ville et vers la jolie plage de Nauplie! Les recommandations pour les promenades et les restaurants partagées étaient très bien! Nous avons suivi les conseils et c'était parfait!
En bref, un très bon séjour! Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux!

Boutique hôtel pittoresque, bien aménagé dans de l’ancien . Vue sur la vieille ville et la mer . Petit déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel (manque de fruits par ex.).
