Pros:

A nice hotel in a quiet place outside Nafplio. Definite need of car either to visit Nafplio center or beaches or even mini market, restaurant etc. Clean facilities both indoors and outdoors. A lot of space and grass for kids to play outside.

Cons:

Small gym for the size of the hotel. Not adequate equipment. We did not realize that pool is without water this period of time. Breakfast quality could be improved. Not enough parking places within the area of the hotel.

Great value for money at this retro 4star hotel!
Pros:

Great room size & room amenities (including coffee, slippers & bathrobes, plus complimentary baklava & water!), amazing breakfast, (always) free parking, fast response from personnel regarding issues, real flower in the bathroom & chocolates on bed - nice touch!, pretty garden view, great water temperature & selection of Papoutsanis cosmetics - happy surprise!

Cons:

Well maintained but still quite old: Very uncomfortable pillows (big & hard, with no other option), poor housekeeping (hair in the bathroom & on mattress, plus unwashed cups & water in shower gel instead of being replaced...), super loud bathroom ventilator (even though quite small) and same for the A/C (which was complicated to turn on/off, so the temperature was so & so), super old (built-in) hair-dryer hence very weak (I have long, thick hair, took me ages to dry them...) & small TV for room size.

The location it is what it is, but if no car while visiting Nafplio, it's a pain - probably need a cab.
Bonus: Lovely pool we didn't enjoy since it opens May 1st (too bad)

Viskas buvo labai gerai.
Pros:

Puikūs ir įvairūs pusryčiai. Viešbutis užmistyje, bet buvome su automobiliu, tai buvo labai patogu ir apžiūrėti Nafplio.

Viskas patiko.

Τοποθεσία και Η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό στον χώρο του πρωινού μπουφέ ήταν εντυπωσιακά καλή. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, πρόθυμο και πολύ επαγγελματικό, δημιουργώντας μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία από την αρχή της ημέρας.

Ιδιαίτερα θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ότι η πιο καταπληκτική προσέγγιση στην εξυπηρέτηση, με πραγματική γνώση, άψογη επικοινωνία και επαγγελματισμό, προερχόταν από τον κύριο που ήταν υπεύθυνος για την παραλαβή των οχημάτων. Η στάση του ξεχώρισε και άφησε εξαιρετική εντύπωση.

Cons:

Είχαμε ενημερώσει ότι θα ταξιδεύαμε με μωρό τεσσάρων μηνών και ζητήσαμε κούνια στο δωμάτιο, όμως δεν λάβαμε ποτέ απάντηση στα μηνύματά μας. Όταν φτάσαμε, παρότι μας διαβεβαίωσαν ότι όλα ήταν έτοιμα, στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε ούτε κούνια ούτε το διπλό κρεβάτι που είχαμε ζητήσει. Φαίνεται να υπάρχει σοβαρό θέμα οργάνωσης από τη διεύθυνση. Επιπλέον, το γυμναστήριο είχε μόνο ένα πολυόργανο και ήταν χαλασμένο, ενώ υπήρχαν και καλώδια απλωμένα στον διάδρομο. Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας δεν ήταν καλή, ειδικά ταξιδεύοντας με μωρό.

Cons:

Στο μπαρ ένα τοστ το περιμέναμε 1 ώρα και ήταν και η μόνο επιλογή φαγητού στο μπαρ.
Το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο δεν ήταν γευστικό.
