Viskas buvo labai gerai.
Pros:

Puikūs ir įvairūs pusryčiai. Viešbutis užmistyje, bet buvome su automobiliu, tai buvo labai patogu ir apžiūrėti Nafplio.

Τοποθεσία και Η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό στον χώρο του πρωινού μπουφέ ήταν εντυπωσιακά καλή. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, πρόθυμο και πολύ επαγγελματικό, δημιουργώντας μια ευχάριστη εμπειρία από την αρχή της ημέρας.

Ιδιαίτερα θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ότι η πιο καταπληκτική προσέγγιση στην εξυπηρέτηση, με πραγματική γνώση, άψογη επικοινωνία και επαγγελματισμό, προερχόταν από τον κύριο που ήταν υπεύθυνος για την παραλαβή των οχημάτων. Η στάση του ξεχώρισε και άφησε εξαιρετική εντύπωση.

Cons:

Είχαμε ενημερώσει ότι θα ταξιδεύαμε με μωρό τεσσάρων μηνών και ζητήσαμε κούνια στο δωμάτιο, όμως δεν λάβαμε ποτέ απάντηση στα μηνύματά μας. Όταν φτάσαμε, παρότι μας διαβεβαίωσαν ότι όλα ήταν έτοιμα, στο δωμάτιο δεν υπήρχε ούτε κούνια ούτε το διπλό κρεβάτι που είχαμε ζητήσει. Φαίνεται να υπάρχει σοβαρό θέμα οργάνωσης από τη διεύθυνση. Επιπλέον, το γυμναστήριο είχε μόνο ένα πολυόργανο και ήταν χαλασμένο, ενώ υπήρχαν και καλώδια απλωμένα στον διάδρομο. Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας δεν ήταν καλή, ειδικά ταξιδεύοντας με μωρό.

Στο μπαρ ένα τοστ το περιμέναμε 1 ώρα και ήταν και η μόνο επιλογή φαγητού στο μπαρ.
Το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο δεν ήταν γευστικό.

The room was perfectly clean with comfortable beds, and welcome treats. The breakfast was huge with many options.

Cons:

The was no plant based milk options in the breakfast, despite the large variety of other food. The gym was too small, with only two treadmills and two bikes. No weights or anything else.

Ευχαριστούμε πολύ την νυχτερινή βάρδια όπου στις 08/02 τα ξημερωματα χρειαστηκαμε τη βοηθεια σας ωστε να μπορέσουμε να επισκεφθούμε άμεσα το εφημερεύον νοσοκομείο μη γνωριζοντας την περιοχή. Ελπίζουμε την επόμενη φορά που θα σας επισκεφθούμε να μπορέσουμε να απολαύσουμε όλα όσα προσφερετε στο κατάλυμα σας .Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Pros:

Tutto. Ottima accoglienza: abbiamo trovato dolci, frutta ed una bottiglia di vino. Bagagli portati in camera. Ampi spazi, con tutti i servizi, compresa palestra, campo da tennis, piscina, sala giochi e sala TV. Colazione eccellente, per quantità e varietà (con tovaglioli di stoffa). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

Inevitabilmente una struttura del genere non può che essere in periferia.
