Do centrum 10 minut, dostępny parking.
Wszystko było OK.
Hezké ubytování v centru. Dobrá dostupnost. Možnost nechat kolo na pokoji.

The stay here was fine - it was a cheaper option I found at the very last minute. The hotel looked decent both outside and inside, about what you’d expect for the price range. Some pieces of furniture were actually quite nice, and the mattress and bed was above-average comfortable. I’d rate the cleanliness as good, though with a bit of uncertainty. At first glance, the breakfast looked below average, but in reality, it had everything one might need. They prepared warm egg dishes on request, and those were excellent. Overall, I’d rate it as good, and I would come back.
The overall rating was lowered basically by three issues:
1. The hotel reception was open only till the noon, which meant that the first contact at check-in was more like an Airbnb experience - the key was in a small lockbox with a number code in the parking lot behind the hotel. I prefer hotels over Airbnbs specifically because of the reception, so I didn’t really like this cost-cutting approach. I don’t usually need much from reception, but when I do, it can only be handled in the morning if you’re away during the day. Also, there was construction going on on the street, and since I arrived at night by train, I had to walk to the hotel in the dark on what was basically a construction site. Then I had to find the parking lot behind the building and a tiny lockbox there. It wasn’t terrible, but I didn’t book an Airbnb, and I was honestly glad I was in safe Czechia and not somewhere in Western Europe.
2. The second downside was the Wi-Fi, which in my room only worked if I stood by the entrance door. I assume this was because I had a corner room and the other rooms probably didn’t have this issue, but for me, it was unusable (and I really needed it for work).
3. The third and worst issue was that my room had a noticeable smell throughout my stay. I can’t say for sure what it was, but I think the hotel might be using either very cheap disinfectant, or there was some mold in bathroom, or perhaps a plumbing issue causing a sewage odor. That’s also why I mentioned earlier that I’m not completely confident about the hygiene - the cleaning staff definitely came to my room every single day, and while the smell wasn’t overwhelming, it was definitely noticeable. I believe it’s something the hotel could fix if they wanted to. But also, it doesn't have to affect other rooms.
