Everything was great, location is excellent, villa was clean and cozy but it would be great if some of the useful things
Pros:

I liked mostly everything, it was cozy and clean.

Cons:

I didn’t like that we only had one knife and it wasn’t sharp enough for cutting, no bowls.

Such a shame, could be a great place
Pros:

The pool was ok, overcrowded.
Staff, some of them were polite.

Cons:

You will be charged for everything.

Not very good explanation of the facilities.

If you want to have a coffee and relax as a resident, there is nowhere you can stay. That was a joke. Waiting in line to enter the pool. Waiting to order something to eat or drink in the pool , not fun at all. Was really not nice to stay there and to feel like you are just in water park with a bunch of people 😕.

Staff are not very friendly, and last the photos at the social, is not representing the place.

A place that always feels good to come back to
Pros:

Always a pleasure to come back! The whole complex is so well maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We really enjoyed the new leisure area with volleyball and football, the BBQ facilities, and of course the pool complex — especially on cold days. A lovely place to relax and enjoy time outdoors!

Pros:

Great villas (block houses) with terrace, nice grounds, well maintained. We loved that 2 hrs of spa were included in the overnight stay.

Cons:

The resort is away from the town, nothing around. Breakfast in the restaurant was too expensive, 24 €.
