Nothing,There is no service at all!! i’m highly disappointed!! The workers are very disrespectful & rude..We booked at 1 pm in the afternoon and we arrived at the resort at 8 & there was no preparation for rooms or food..the rooms are ugly,There is no water around the property as well…
The service was very poor,The workers are not welcoming, there is no service, there is no water, everything is just bad in general…a very horrible place
Location right on the beach, surrounded by wildlife with monkeys climbing over the bungalows.
We had 2 double rooms - it said shared bathroom but we had a bathroom in both rooms.
The food was fantastic and the staff very helpful.
Quiet and peaceful - a complete break from it all.
No wifi - but we knew this before we arrived. There are places close by that you can go to to use wifi if you buy a drink.
Not the easiest place to reach by public transport - but what an experience! ( we were back packing)
We changed our itinerary and instead of travelling to Dar Es Salem went direct by boat to Zanzibar arranged by Captain Rahim (tour guide) which was a great option and only took 2 hours and at a great price.
If you are searching for remote quiet relaxing beach- this is for you. I loved everything. The staff is extremely friendly. Madam cook is excellent, she really tried to indulge my preferences, the cabin is lovely like all the facilities: minimalist intervention in natural sandy surroundings, natural materials . The monkeys are all around, sound of bush babies at night made this stay unique.
Location is super. Nice and friendly staff. Diner was sublime.
Such a great experience with Emmanuel and the rest of the crew. Amazing place and attention.
The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is right at the beach with an amazing view.
it seemed like this was a quite nice place a few years ago! but when we arrived there was no staff at the location to find! We had to wait 30-60 minutes till somebody arrived! (The person was really kind and arranged everything for the next day to go to Zanzibar) It also looked like the room we booked was the only clean one the other ones were a total mess! the place looked like we were the first guests since a few weeks or even months. so all in all it could be a wonderful and lonely place to relax and even to have a really good time when some more guests would stay there and the place get a renovation. One last thing to say: There was no drinking water a the accommodation!! and you have to drive half an hour to buy some. we were lucky to bring our own but this is an absolutely no go
The setting was gorgeous. It’s a lovely place to stay at and relax.
The food was very good too, we were very happy with that.
The salty showers! For 40$, we should be able to shower after swimming in the ocean (which is very salty)
We liked it enough to stay but I think it is not acceptable.
The staff was not always very friendly and helped us arrange the trip to Zanzibar ( for a lot more money than the normal price of course) but didn’t seem to care enough about helping guests, which is a shame.
