Pros:

Muy buenas instalaciones, todo muy limpio y excelente atención.
Las comidas y bebidas son muy buenas.

Cons:

Tal vez faltan actividades adicionales para la estancia (juegos, deportes, etc).
Aumentar la variedad de opciones en el Menú.
Mucha demora en servir las comidas.

Pereira paradise
Pros:

A hidden little slice of tropical heaven, not far from the city. Very quiet and secure. Nice pool area, with bar (bartender, Alejandro margaritas..!) but shopping you can walk to... Loved it.

A bit overpriced but in a nice green site.
Pros:

The whole site is really nice, big green area, a lot of plants. Stuff is friendly and there is nice place to chill by the pool or get a massage. The lady was amazing. The room is spacious enough with a balony.

Cons:

Its like a family house and you get a guest room. Slide doors next to the reception desk are so thin you can hear everything.

La ubicación, las instalaciones, amabilidad del personal

Cons:

Me parece que es un lugar costoso para lo que ofrece. Si bien es cómodo y bonito, me parece que la relación costo- calidad está volada. El servicio de restaurante para la cena y desayuno es muy demorado.
