Cómodo y muy bien ubicado!
El personal un 10, desde la recepción hasta el chico que está en la pileta. Lo único malo fue el desayuno.

Cons:

Lo único que no nos justo fue el desayuno, éramos dos celiacas que avisaron para el desayuno. Pero la bandeja que nos traen parece que está hace días, no está fresca. Se podrían poner más frutas y otras estaciones. Pleno febrero y solo había ensalada de fruta.
Hay galletitas y miles de cosas para celiacos.

Otro dato es que tuvimos que pagar media estadia para quedarnos unas horas post Checkout solo usando la pileta. Pero sin habitación ( solo pileta y baños )

Excelente, recomendable, ubicación estupenda y muy buen hotel.
Pros:

La piscina climatizada es espectacular, con toallas en la pileta y todo. El desayuno super completo, tiene de todo, y buena calidad. Las habitaciones cómodas. La ubicación es un 10, frente al mar, en el centro. La dueña del hotel muy atenta y siempre presente.

Cons:

Que no dejaran usar la piscina post check out al dejar la habitación, la mampara del baño, se sale todo el agua para afuera todo el tiempo, esta mal hecho. El wifi, hay muchas señales y todas bastante malas y se corta. Estaría bueno hubiera un baño de servicio para una ducha rápida para quien disfruta el dia en la playa y no tiene habitaciones en la tarde.

Cons:

La verdad que queria hacer un reclamo, el desayuno estaba incluido en la reserva y se informó previamente la condición de celiaco en MULTIPLES ocaciones. Al momento de ir al desayunador, se dijo que al momento no tenian “ y que iban a ir comprar a “El topo” a ver que conseguian”. Que teniamos que esperar un rato. Eso no se considera ofrecer ningun desayuno. La enfermedad celiaca es una enfermedad, no una elección. Al no ofrecer opción apta sin TACC, están incumpliendo lo ofrecido y la normativa vigente.

Muy caro, mal mantenido a pesar de personal amable y buena ubicacion.
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, con vista a la playa y el personal es muy amable. Pero las habitaciones estan mal mantenidas, y la limpieza es mala. El inodoro no funcionaba, los controles de TV no tenian pila, y hay detalles de limpieza como no sacar la basura de la habitacion. El baño publico de la pileta de uso comun, estaba sucio y tampoco funcionaba el boton del inodoro. Es un hotel muy caro para el estado en el que se encuentra.

Cons:

El mantenimiento de las instalaciones no coincide con el precio que es muy alto.
