Pliusas, kad buvo ramu, tylu.

Cons:

Prie registratūros buvo susikaupusi eilė pasiimti raktus. Paskui sunkiai radom namelį pagal nuskenuotą kodą, nuvedė visai į kitą lokaciją. Buvom rašę žinutę, kad gal skirtų kambarį, kur miegamojo lova ne šalia virtuvėlės. Nes iš pateiktų nuotraukų Booking'e, neįmanoma pasirinkti, nors jie akivaizdžiai skirtingo dydžio, būtų teisinga, kad ir kaina skirtųsi. Ir laisvų kambarių namelyje tikrai buvo. Labai nustebino, kad laukiant pirmoje dienos pusėje procedūrų, nėra galimybės išgerti kavos, nes restoranas iki 12 val tvarkosi... O gastrobaras "laikinai nedirba".

SPA pirčių kompleksas. Puiki restorano virtuvė ir aptarnaujantis personalas.

booking.com ir viešbučio nesusipratimas

Registratūros darbuotojai piktybiškai bandė mus apgyvendinti pigiuose numeriuose, kol negavome asmeninio valdytojos tel. nr. Net nesigilino, ką mes užsakėme tik siuntinėjo mus po didžiulę teritoriją su 4 metų vaiku. Tai truko apie 2,5 val., važiavome į vieną vietą 1 km, tada važiavome į kitą vietą 1 km. Taigi su 4 metų vaiku, prasitampius po didžiulę teritoriją, kai jau buvo 20 val. 15 min. ir begalės pokalbių ir stresą keliančių situacijų, kai jau reikėjo pakeltu tonu aiškintis su darbuotojais, registratūra pripažino, kad čia yra booking ir viešbučio kažkoks nesusipratimas, nes į mūsų užsakytą vietą jie apgyvendino kitus žmones!!! Mums šiaip ne taip paskyrė kambarį viešbučio pastate, kuris vis tiek pilnai neatitiko mūsų booking.com užsakyme išvardintų pozicijų, normaliai net neatsiprašė, nors atostogų pradžia buvo labai sugadinta ir vietoj "harmony", mes gavom aplaidžių darbuotojų abejingumą ir nusišalinimą nuo situacijos.

Būtinai turime parašyti apie vaikų žaidimo aikštelę - dalis įrangos yra tiesiog sulūžusi, žinoma ir nesaugi vaikams.. Darbuotojų abejingumas ir piktybiškumas privertė ieškoti viešbučio valdytojos asmeninio tel. nr., kad bent normaliai pradėtų kalbėtis ir pažiūrėtų į užsakymą... Nemanau, kad tokia patirtis normali važiuojant atostogų į Harmony Park, ir, žinoma, iš vis bet kur.. Patyrėme ypač daug streso ir nusivylimo, nes važiavome tai ilsėtis, o ne kovoti ir ieškoti tiesos... Tikiuosi booking.com išsiaiškins su viešbučiu, kaip gali vykti tokios situacijos.

Cons:

There were problems with hot water, it was enough just for one person so use shower, the rest of the family had to use cold shower. And it is not value for price we paid. As well as we had to pay for dogs extra but there were nothing for them, no dishes for water or anything, we still had to have everything ours.

Cisza i spokój w środku lasu. Kompleks Spa z 3 rodzajami saun, licznymi masażami wodnymi, dużym jacuzzi oraz basenem 25m.
Bardzo duży teren kompleksu na spacery.
