Overall it was a nice stay for San Pacho, but the can improve some details.
Pros:

Wonderful ambience, staff and location. The roof top terrace-restaurant is outstanding and offers great views of the city. Functional air conditioning and minibar. Facilities ar located just steps away from all kind of stores and good options for restaurants and bars. I stayed durind San Pacho festival and there were even quite a few professionals of all kinds staying in the hotel for work.

Cons:

I found out that for people staying up late outside after midnight (leaving their keys in the front desk), they get in to rooms to "review or check out". Person in the night shift ended up breaking the balkon key by forcing it into the main door lock (key portion stayed inside lock), so there was one night I came back late and I could not have access to my room and personal belongings. They ofered me to take other room for that night. Next morning I had to go to front desk and the morning staff seemed to to be informed about the exact situation. Locksmith was called and he solved issue in the morning.

Cons:

The reservation was fake, they were full and couldn't offer a room at a very late hour at the night in a pretty dangerous city. I'm a solo women traveller, unacceptable.
