Casa de ensueño, preciosas instalaciones y atención excepcional del personal
Pros:

Nos gustó todo, pero principalmente la atención de sus empleados… increíbles. Nunca me han hecho sentir tan bien como en este sitio… atención, nobleza, entrega… no exagero. La gente en Colombia es un 10 en general pero en este lugar… se llevan la palma. Gracias por hacernos sentir como en casa.
El desayuno… una pasada también.

Pros:

Terrazas de Salento es un hotel pequeñito y rústico lleno de encanto. Está ubicado en una zona tranquila muy cerca del centro, por lo que se descansa fenomenal. Si eres muy sensible a los sonidos lleva tapones, hay muchos pajaritos que cantan por la noche y la mañana, y también se nota el sonido de la lluvia. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas con todo lo necesario, el personal es sumamente atento, amable y dispuesto a ayudarte a disfrutar de la estancia. El jardín está muy cuidado, los colibríes nos visitaron mientras tomábamos un café. Mención especial al delicioso desayuno. 9/10

Pros:

Tres bel hotel avec une decoration parfaite. Le petit dejeuner est super ! Le personnel aussi est tres bien.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, gute Lage, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. An einem etwas kühleren Tag, wurde der Kamin angemacht. Das fand ich ganz toll.

Pros:

Me gusto mucho la ubicación ya que estaba a pocas cuadras del centro y llegabas fácilmente caminado a todos lados si tener todo el ruido. La habitación estaba bien, el desayuno también. El personal muy amable.

Agradable estancia en salento
Pros:

Es un hotel ubicado en la parte alta de salento, instalaciones agradables pero algunas cosas menores requieren mantenimiento (dispensador de jabon de la ducha).
El personal del hotel es muy amable y amistoso. Estupendo desayuno en el jardin.
