Cons:

Nuestra experiencia no fue buena. La habitación no tenía cobijas y, considerando el clima frío de Salento, esto es algo esencial. Informamos al personal y nos dijeron que las llevarían, pero nunca llegaron.
Como resultado, mi pareja y yo pasamos una noche muy incómoda por el frío. Además, el servicio de electricidad fallaba constantemente. Esperábamos mayor atención y soluciones ante una situación tan básica.

Teníamos muchas ganas de hospedarnos. Lamentablemente nuestro carro no subió y llamamos a Mario del hotel para ver si nos podría ayudar con alguna solución y su respuesta fue descortés como si no le importara. Dicen que todo pasa por algo

Es un lugar con buenas vistas a la naturaleza de la zona, pero el camino para llegar no es muy accesible con maletas de rueda.

Cons:

El hotel daba una sensación general de mucha suciedad y la habitación estaba muy deteriorada. las ventanas estaban rotas y no sé podían cerrar. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, había insectos muertos en la placa de la ducha, nos ofrecieron jabón en pastilla humedecido y toallas llenas de manchas. El agua de la ducha no era caliente. No sé lo recomendaría a nadie.
