Cómoda y accesible
Pros:

Esta muy cerca de la plaza central pero no sobre la calle principal, por lo qué hay fácil acceso y en la noche es muy tranquilo para dormir. El desayuno es muy rico.

el hotel está bien ubicado, no está en el parque pero si cerca y eso es excelente porque hay mucho ruido , buenas instalaciones;

Cons:

la persona que nos recibió el sábado poco amable, queríamos preguntarle cosas y ni siquiera nos dejaba terminar cuando respondía “no se” , el ruido en la noche de la gente, el ruido de las duchas en la noche y madrugada no permiten descansar bien.

Pros:

Hotel super céntrico pero donde no se notaba el ruido. No tiene ascensor lo cual hace un poco incómodo subir con las maletas hasta la habitación pero nos ayudaron ya que íbamos cargados.
Pudimos dejar el coche en el parking (de lo contrario no es fácil encontrar aparcamiento). Amabilidad total por parte del persona.
Ubicación ideal y personal súper amable!

Cons:

Ya conocía de antemano el horario del desayuno y sabía que no llegaría a tiempo ya que queríamos ir pronto al Valle del Cocora. Sería bueno si pudieran adelantarlo aunque entiendo que para ellos es un ahorro.
Las habitaciones son básicas y, al menos la nuestra, sin grandes ventanas (dos ventanucos). No pasaría más de 2 días ahí.

L’emplacement est idéale. La chambre est grande.

Ubicación a dos cuadras del centro

Cons:

El estacionamiento es complicado porque está muy inclinado. Camas no tan cómodas. No hay personal en recepción las 24 horas, no hay servicio al menos básico de alimentación temprano.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious since we booked the quadruple with a balcony overlooking the street. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower, and very central location.

Cons:

First, the internet didn’t work for me at all during our time there, which was frustrating. Breakfast was very basic and repetitive — just eggs and bread every day, with no variation.

The biggest problem, however, was the noise. The balcony shutters had no glass behind them, so it felt like the room was completely exposed to the street noise — cars, people, music, everything. It was incredibly loud at all hours, and I had a really hard time sleeping. Unfortunately, we couldn’t switch to a quieter room because the other rooms didn’t have windows, which wasn’t an option for us either.
