Mucho ruido a la par del hotel

Que no informen que esta a la par de un bar, que hace ruido hasta las 3 de la mañana y no deja descansar, el dueño no estaba en la noche para solucionar, me tuve que ir a otro hotel y no me reintegraron nada ni siquiera los dias qué no estuve en el hotel, ni me solucionaron oportunamente hasta el dia siguiente cuando ya me habia ido se comunico el dueño, y no fue empatico, con la situación, tampoco fueron transparentes con el tema del ruido. Dicen que se escucha el ruido de la calle, pero no dicen que hay un bar en tu oreja

Buena estancia en Salento
Pros:

La atencion del personal fue excelente. La habitacion era pequeña, pero suficiente. Estaba limpia y cada mañana la aseaban. El desayuno era preparado al momento y aunque fue un poco repetitivo, era rico. Esta muy bien ubicado.
