Buen servicio y ubicación. Desayuno local muy completo y sabroso.
Pros:

Es un hotel cómodo y bonito, bien ubicado. El personal de servicio es muy amable. El desayuno es muy completo y la cafetería se encuentra en una terraza con materas de flores, desde donde se divisa un bonito paisaje.

Cons:

El costo del parqueadero no está incluido en el precio que cobra Booking. SE debería informar en el anuncio puesto que hay otras opciones en Salento donde ofrecen parqueradero gratuito.

Room clean, breakfast decent when we permitted to have omelettes

Cons:

Across all 3 days, people were blowing whistles every couple of seconds from 7:30am until 5pm. This was irritating and gave us headache.

We booked an additional night, but there was never anybody at reception to pay. The property had our credit card details on file, so we assumed they would process a payment from this.

We left, and the staff ran after us with a payment machine, stating it is not possible for them to take a payment from the card on file.

Frühstück toll! Frischer Orangensaft, frisches Obst und toller Blick über die Stadt (Frühstücksraum ist auf einer offenen, überdachten Terrasse).
Es steht ein Waschbecken im Flur zum Putzen der Schuhe zur Verfügung. Föhn vorhanden. Wasser in der Dusche wird sehr warm.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Wir waren gegenüber der Rezeption und haben alles mitbekommen, zu jeder Tageszeit. Bei starkem Regen dringt Wasser durch die Balkontür ein. Keine Fenster im Zimmer (ist aber wohl typisch für Salento). Badezimmer sehr eng. Wasser in Dusche und Waschbecken liefen sehr schlecht ab. WLAN funktionierte nur sporadisch. Das Bett war für unseren Geschmack zu hart.

EXCEPCIONAL
Pros:

El desayuno es un 10/10 desde la atención del personal hasta la comida en sí misma.
Las habitaciones se perciben muy lujosas y eso es TOP. Aunque Salento no es muy frio, las habitaciones tienen chimenea, eso hace que el ambiente en las noches sea muy agradable. Los baños tienen secador de cabello, lo cual es muy útil. El agua de la ducha calentó con facilidad.
La zona es tranquila y SUPER cerca al terminal, tema importante si luego vas a coger bus a Pereira o Armenia y tienes equipaje. Está ubicado a unas 3 o 4 cuadras de la calle principal o el parque de Salento, se percibe largo porque Salento tiene calles en subida y bajada, pero está bien.
Si vuelvo a Salento, sería a este mismo sitio. Lo recomiendo a ojo cerrado. Yo me hospedé con mi mamá y ella quedo con la misma sensación de que fue un gran lugar.
