The best location for skiing in Serfaus.
Pros:

Location is the best in Serfaus. Close to the lifts and right above the Ski-depot. Several ski rentals next to the hotel. Sauna and breakfast were good. The room was really large. Our room had an IR-Sauna. Mountain view. Amazing helpful staff.
A nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, safe locker, TV in the room. Arkades, table tennis and some other stuff in the play room.

Cons:

The small bedroom had lover temperature than the main room. A little dated furniture in the rooms. Sauna is only for adults and kids older 12.

Ein toller Aufenthalt !!! Wir kommen gerne wieder !!! (hoffen, dass dann die "Luft" besser ist :-)

Cons:

Dass man uns an der Rezeption beim Checkin gesagt hatte, dass man vom unteren Parkplatz nicht ins Hotel hineinkommt, sondern dass man die ganze Straße zurücklaufen müsse und dann wieder die Straße hoch zum Hotel. Dass unser nagelneuer Porsche auf einem Schotterparkplatz abgestellt werden musste.
Nicht so schön war, dass unterhalb unseres Balkons ständig Marihuana konsumiert wurde und meine Kinder und ich das ertragen mussten. Total nervig bei der so schönen Aussicht, der doch ansonsten so frischen Bergluft.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hat eine top Lage direkt an den Seilbahnen. Sie ist sehr großzügig auch die Appartements sind sehr großzügig geschnitten. Wir hatten alles was wir benötigt haben und das Personal war überaus freundlich und bemüht. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir zwei Appartements die weit auseinander lagen sodass man durch die gesamte Anlage musste. Was aber auch eine kurzfristige Buchung war und somit auch verständlich das nicht mehr viel frei war in der Nähe 😅 der Wellness Bereich war leider überfüllt mit vielen jugendlichen sodass die Entspannung dort leider ausblieb. Bei einem Appartement war die Terrasse leider für 2 Appartements was als Raucher natürlich für die anderen störend war.
