Saunalandschaft war schön, Lage war super, Personal sehr nett. Toller Ausblick vom gr. Balkon direkt auf den Lift.

Cons:

Öffnungszeiten Saunabereich zu kurz, Check in etwas spät. Sehr hellhörig zum Nebenappartment. Ein Plan vom Haus wäre schön gewesen, da die Gebäude sehr verzweigt sind. Teils verlaufen.

Wir haben ein Upgrade auf ein riesen Apartment bekommen. Daher Preis/Leistung sehr gut.
Die Lage sehr nah bei den Liften.
Von unserem Zimmer, mit Balkon, sehr schöne Aussicht.
Parkplatz inkl.

Cons:

Das Apartment war etwas altbacken.
Die Matratzen haben mein Erlebnis leider nach unten gezogen. Ich konnte nicht gut schlafen. Fühlte sich an wie eine billige Schaumstoffmatratze. Ich hing ordentlich durch. Auf dem Bauch zu schlafen, war keine Option.

Tophotel in Serfaus met goede ligging en voorzieningen
Pros:

Hele mooie locatie in Serfaus op enkele minuten lopen van de liften/gondels.
Hotel had alle belangrijke voorzieningen, inclusief een grote speelruimte voor kleine kinderen en een gameroom voor de grotere kinderen.
Kamers zijn ruim en worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Super hygiënisch dus.

Cons:

Het hotel is wel redelijk groot. Als je in de andere vleugel zit dan is het een doolhof van liften en gangen om naar de ontbijtzaal of de parkeerplaats te komen. Alles is daarentegen wel makkelijk toegankelijk met kinderwagens en/of rolstoelen.
