Mega toll, kommen sicher wieder <3
Pros:

Die Lage war top, der Empfang sehr herzlich und mal sein Auto abgeben und 3 Tage ohne Auto zu sein war mega toll. Man kommt mit der U-Bahn in Serfaus überall hin und wenn man nach FIS rüber möchte gibt es einen Wanderbus ab Ortsanfang. Man kann zu Fuß mehrere Bergbahnen erreichen und es ist so Kinderfreundlich am Berg mit tollen Spielplätzen usw. Im Hotel durften wir die Oma und auch den Besitzer Reini kennenlernen und es waren tolle Gespräche und so viel Herzlichkeit zu spüren. Das Frühstückspersonal echt top und so freundlich, wir fühlten uns rundum wohl und werden sicher wieder kommen. Dankbar für die wunderschöne Zeit in Serfaus <3

Lekker bed en heel aardig personeel. Bovendien heeft het hotel ook een heerlijk restaurant.

A wonderful experience!
Pros:

We liked everything - spacious, cosy rooms, the view from the window and balcony in our room, kind and friendly staff. There was a view to mountains from every table in a breakfast restaurant, and breakfast itself was delicious . The wonderful wellness area was included in a price. We even got a better room than had booked. Thanks to all the staff and especially Claudia!

Pros:

Super freundliches, zuvorkommendes, herzliches Hotelpersonal, wo man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Es ist an alles gedacht, wirkt alles super organisiert und durchdacht.
Wir kamen gegen 11 Uhr an und konnten sogar schon unser Zimmer beziehen, obwohl wir damit gar nicht gerechnet haben. Lift in Laufweite direkt ums Eck, perfekte Lage.

Great boutique hotel located as close to the cable car as you can get.

Top Frühstück! Empfang- und Lounge Bereich sehr schön gestaltet. Alle Mitarbeiter super freundlich.

Cons:

Im Sauna Bereich keine Möglichkeit gesehen, nach draußen zu gehen. Manchmal auf der Straße sehr laut war spät abends.
