Top, jederzeit wieder.
Pros:

Lage ist sehr gut,, Appartement hatte eine angenehme Größe und zahlreiche Fenster und 2 Balkontüren - dadurch sehr hell, Balkon war sehr groß, tolle Aussicht. Sauna und Pool waren nach einem langen Skitag angenehm entspannend.

Pros:

Ładny hotel w Serfaus z dobrym dojściem do wyciągów narciarskich. Duży apartament z wygodnym salonem z kuchnią. Ciekawostką jest to, że wejście jest od ulicy i na piętra schodzi się w dół a nie w górę.

Fine for a short stay
Pros:

Very good location within walking distance to the ski lifts. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Generally the furnishings in the apartment were quite worn and outdated.

Solide Unterkunft
Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Zentrums und der Liftstationen. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Solide Ausstattung des Apartments.

Cons:

Pool öffnet erst um 15 Uhr. Kein separater abschließbarer Raum für die Bikes.

Nice stay but missing the typical Austrian hospitality!
Pros:

We made a reservation for 2 apartments, 1 for our daughter with her husband and two children and 1 for me and my husband. The apartments are spacious although the sitting/kitchen area in ours was rather small. No luxury at all, traditional furniture, but really clean and nice balconies. "Sommer Card" is included.

Cons:

Although we made the reservation quite some time before our actual stay and we asked for 2 apartments close together, they did not take care of that. In fact the apartments were really far apart with lots of stairs, which we didn't like since our grandchildren (5 and 2) could not come to our apartment on their own. When I reminded our host of my preference, her comment was that "it turned out not to be possible to arrange 2 adjacent apartments" although there was one right next to ours... We missed the typical Austrian hospitality we always loved in other accommodations (it was our 6th time in Serfaus). The water in the indoor swimming pool is really cold, so we could not stay in for long with the 2 young children. The road to the village is extremely steep. Of course you can read that in earlier comments but we still did not expect it to be that bad. We figured out an option that was somewhat better.

Exceptional
Pros:

The apartments were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the owner was very helpful. Checking in late was no problem, and being able to order bread for the morning was great. The main lifts are just over 5 minutes walk (in ski boots) so it was a great location for our holiday.

Cons:

The kitchen area was cramped but but we were able to cook meals for 8 ok.
