Top Lage. Gemütliches Einzelzimmer. Hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Viel zu ringhörig - man hört innerhalb des Hotels extrem viel, die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert, so dass man zusätzlich noch dem Lärm der Strasse hat. Und die unglaublich rücksichtslosen, lauten, besoffenen Holländer im Hotel haben es verunmöglicht, sich auch nur annähernd zu erholen (nicht der Fehler des Hotels).

Die Lage, die Grösse des Appartements, der Balkon mit der Aussicht, das Wellnessangebot (tolle Sauna), das Personal war freundlich

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, normale Kaffeemaschine wäre besser gewesen, anstatt Filterkaffee, die Fenstertüren waren kaputt und wurden trotz Anfrage nicht repariert, das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber konnte kein Deutsch, das Management (Chef) war nie vor Ort, Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht

de kamer is gedurende ons verblijf van 7 nachten maar 3 keer schoon gemaakt
ook de handdoeken werden niet vernieuwd
verder waren er vele punten van kapotte zaken in de kamer zoals
kapotte deursluitingen
losse strips in bad/douche
niet werkende radiatorkranen
op woensdag was er na een inval van de vreemdelingenpolitie geen personeel meer beschikbaar in het hotel.
de hotelbar was maar tussen 18.00 en 20.00 beperkt open als er al personeel was
het zwembadwater was koud, evenals de zwembadruimte
de receptie was zeer beperkt bezet
klachten werden niet behandeld

Skvělé ubytování v centru města s dobrou dostupností na lyžařské svahy.
Pros:

Hotel je umístěn v centru města, kde je jen pár metrů od stanice metra, která vás odveze přímo pod hlavní lanovky. Apartmán byl prostorný, čistý a dobře vybavený. Vesnička Serfaus je velmi pěkná a díky eliminované dopravě přímo vybízí k procházce.
