Pros:

Ein malerischer Ort in den Olivenhainen, ruhig aber nicht abgelegen. Das hilfsbereite Personal, tolles, authentisches Früstück und die atemberaubende Villa mit Pool. Ein Sehnsuchtsort zu dem wir gerne wieder zurückkommen!

Cons:

Eigentlich nichts! Einzig die Liegestühle in der Villa hätten ausgetauscht werden sollen, da veraltet.

Cons:

Betten waren durchgelegen. Zimmer schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Musik beim Frühstück unnötig.

Pros:

Außergewöhnliches Ambiente, sehr netter Empfang, gesamtes Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Schöner Pool. Essen hervorragend. Tolles Frühstück. Großes schönes Zimmer. Gute Betten. Sehr gute Klimaanlage.

The property is situated in a peaceful little village. The pools are relaxing after a day at the beach or other adventure.

Cons:

Our shower had next to zero pressure for the 5 days we stayed. I told an employee pur first morning and nothing was done. Also, some of the staff are a bit on the rude side. Telling us we can’t sit in certain chairs or that “because it’s your first day I suppose I’ll allow you to put up that umbrella”. They also seem to only care about getting you to buy their food and drinks and very much frown upon anything outside.

Je complète mon avis suite à la réponse de l'établissement.
Je ne suis pas une habituée des avis négatifs. Nous avions parfaitement compris le concept de l'hôtel et sa localisation mais la réalité de ce que nous avons vécu ne correspond pas du tout aux descriptions et aux photos qui nous laissaient espérer un hôtel de charme à taille humaine, ce que nous recherchions.
Nous avons eu l’occasion de voir 3 chambres de luxe suite à différents problèmes. La 1ere donnait sur l’accueil et la rue, la 2eme proposée en unique alternative était exiguë avec une toute petite fenêtre donnant sur un tout petit balcon. Nous l'aurions néanmoins conservée si elle ne s'était avérée souffrir de vibrations sonores importantes, constatées par la personne de l'accueil. Après 2 nuits, on nous a donc proposé une nouvelle chambre, unique alternative, avec beaucoup de vis-à-vis et qui donnait sur la route en bas de l'hôtel assez bruyante également.
Aucune ne correspondait aux photos et la décoration était datée.
Le système de filtration de la piscine est très bruyant.
Le petit déjeuner n’a pas d'intérêt en comparaison de ce dont nous avons l'habitude en Crète.
La localisation n’a rien d’exceptionnel.
Nous sommes partis une nuit avant la fin de notre séjour alors qu’il était payé et avons trouvé une alternative pour le même tarif sans commune mesure.
A plus de 880 € pour 4 nuits à 2 avec petit déjeuner sans annulation possible, nous nous attendions effectivement à mieux, c'est à dire à ce que la présentation sur Booking nous donnait à voir. Nous n'avons sollicité la réception qu'à notre arrivée en demandant à voir une alternative à la 1ère chambre proposée puis le 3ème jour à cause du bruit.

Very recommended!
Pros:

The hotel is very charming. We had a family room which was pretty spacious. There are 3 pools, so plenty for all the guests. The restaurant is delicious. However what stood out the most is the staff which were the kindest people, always smiling, always helpful.
We found the location perfect to explore the different beaches and go also for dinner in Chania.

Cons:

The roooms were clean but I would say it could be improved. However it was minor.

Amazing, surreal, beautiful and just a holiday to remember
Pros:

Everything was amazing the location, the staff. Perfect for those who don’t want to stay in the main hussle and bussle. But also not to far from main town Chania.

Cons:

I think the pillows were all really high. So that was the only uncomfortable part
