A FUIR Punaises de lit, établissement dégoûtant

Cons:

La saleté voire l’insalubrité du logement infecté de punaises de lit.
La chambre qui n’était pas conforme aux photos.
Le gérant qui était de mauvaise foi quand nous lui avons montré les punaises de lit. Il s’est bien entendu empressé d’enlever les draps et de fermer la chambre afin que nous ne puissions pas faire des photos. Nous avons du fuir ce lieu impropre et dormir dans notre voiture avec trois enfants.
Le tout mérite une note négative.
Nous partageons malheureusement cette expérience pour que personne ne revive cet enfer.
Bien entendu le gérant étant de très très mauvaise foi nous n’avons obtenu aucun remboursement de la part de l’hôtel qui voulait simplement nettoyer la chambre ce qui n’aurait pas éradiquer l’infection.
Je vous passe également la saleté des douches des matelas des tables …. Mais cela est dans la continuité de la saleté générale de cet établissement qui ne mérite pas le qualificatif d’hôtel . Nous partageons également les photos prises rapidement par nos enfants avant que le gérant ne ferme la chambre

Pros:

This was our 2nd holiday stay at this hotel (we spent our holiday here 4 years ago, and I wrote an “excellent” review for the hotel that time.).
Everything was almost excellent - hotel & its services, food at the restaurant, rooms, staff, location, and sea & beaches around.
The hotel complex consists of 7 separated smaller hotel buildings; 6 of them are designed in a typical Greek style, and the last one is a modern one. The whole complex is set in a veeeery beautiful garden full of mediterranean plants and trees. There are 3 pools, fitness gym, and a place for playing sports in the hotel complex.
Restaurant: a buffet/“Swedish table” half-board is being served every day, and it is excellent. You can choose from app. 15 different types of meals + there is a variety of fruit and vegetable being served both at the breakfast and at the dinner (for ex., you can choose from chicken, pork, beef or lamb, and fish meat every dinner, + different types of side dishes, soup, + a loooot of excellent vegetable & fruit, cakes, and unlimited ice-cream…).
Rooms are fine; each room has its own air-conditioning.
Some beds are comfortable, and some beds are uncomfortable (with really hard mattresses)…
Location: the hotel complex is situated “above the road” in a beautiful garden (as I wrote above) but people do not hear the noise from the road. The nearest beach in Stalida is app. 10 minutes by walking from the hotel but really worth of going there. The sea and beaches in Stalida are absolutely p e r f e c t ; we spent our holiday in July there and the sea was totally warm!!
This hotel is probably the BEST one considering the ratio of price - quality - services in the whole island of Crete (we’ve been to Crete 5 times in our lives, we know it…).
We highly recommend staying here to everyone.

Cons:

There was a slight difference in the quality of prepared food between the experience we had 4 years ago at this hotel and the experience of this year.
The food (especially grilled fish) was absolutely excellent 4 years ago, and that was the reason why we chose this hotel again.
There was a difference in food quality/shiftiness of food this year…We don’t know if it depends on the chef in the service… Food was fresh but with less imaginativeness in preparing it… One negative thing: fish prepared this summer wasn’t tasty at all; fish was only “cooked” or “steamed”, not really baked or grilled…and it was disgusting this year.
But the dinner on Sunday, July 19 was absolutely excellent -> we express our gratitude towards the chef working that Sunday!

Pros:

Everyone working at Anastasia was respectful and helpful. The evening entertainment program was very good. The Cretan night was a highlight. It was for sure
a value for money accommodation.

Cons:

Not many activities at the kids club although the lady did her best. Kids have to be above 5 years old to be left without parents attendance.

Mi sono piaciute le 2 grandi piscine e le 2 piscine per i più piccoli

Alcuni membri del personale sono scortesi , in più ho dovuta pagare la chiave per la cassaforte dove in vita mia non ho mai pagato , cibo scadente

Pros:

Bazény a lehátka s deštníky (dostatek). Jídla bylo dost a chuťově průměrné. Tzatziky jsme měli lepší v restauracích. Jogurt chutnal uměle. Každý si i tak našel své. Výborná pro děti byla zmrzlina u večeře. Nádherná zeleň,keře a prostředí. Kousek od obchodů, autobusové zastávky 30 a 31. Apartmán byl přesně mezi. Dostupnost do Heraklionu a Malie bezproblémová.

Cons:

Pokoj a sociální zařízení starší a WC hůře splachovalo. Umělé tzatziky a jogurt aj.,některé pokrmy chutnaly jako z prášku.

Dit hotel nooit meer
Pros:

De ontvangst ..was een nette hartelijke dame de kamer was goed.

Cons:

T eten ronduit slecht. Extra hp geboekt. Smiddags ook van de kaart besteld dit hebben we laten staan.. 4 dagen geboekt en zijn tweede dag gauw vertrokken..wil even kwijt dat ik al 34 jaar ieder jaar 3 weken door kreta trek. Zodra je zit en besteld gelijk afrekenen voordat je je iets genuttigd hebt ronduit oervervelend..in dit hotel is niks van griekse gezelligheid te vinden. T kamermeisje was zeer behulpzaam.

Nourriture très mauvaise cette année

L'emplacement un peu à l'écart de l'effervescence de Malia, la gentillesse du personnel.
Les deux piscines et les installations sportives (city stade, panier de basket, table de ping pong)

Cons:

La très mauvaise qualité de la nourriture servie (c'est trois moyen le matin et c'est très mauvais le soir) qui nous a poussé à manger à l'extérieur le soir alors que nous avions pris l'option demi pension.
La vétusté des installations sportives (filets déchirés au city, table de ping pong abîmée par endroits par le soleil, mini golf dans un état catastrophique).

Il contatto con le persone la posizione il silenzio e il panorama

Cons:

Personale non qualificato ma lavoratori stranieri, cibo per colazione molto salato di dolce solo cornettini e uno yogurt greco che non sapeva di yogurt. Molto elaborato la parte salata. Chiunque con chi abbia parlato riteneva si mangiasse male. La piscina chiude presto alle 6 e 30 e quando si torna dal mare sarebbe piacevole fare un bagno. La stanza suite familiare in 4 veramente piccola senZa mobili di appoggio
