Pros:

Fantastic location situated right in the old town and literally in front of the sea. Beautiful building, very friendly staff and a reasonable breakfast. The room was large and the bed was very firm and comfortable. Clear instructions for our late arrival and the receptionist was always helpful. Very lovely coffees.

Cons:

We found the floor of the shower a little slippery. We had requested separate beds but the sofa bed was not made up, possibly because there were only two of us. We mentioned it to reception and they said they would have it made up but this didn’t happen. It was a very minor inconvenience and did not in any way detract from the pleasure of our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was top notch and we looked forward to getting in our cool room to escape the heat. The breakfast had so many freshly baked pastries and was delicious! The hotel's restaurant was also delicious! We also took the hotel's boat excursion to Favignana and Levanzo and highly recommend booking it! It was an amazing day swimming in the crystal clear water and seeing so many different coves and beaches on the islands. When we visit Trapani again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Die Lage und die Parkmöglichkeiten sehr gut. Frühstück o.k. die beiden Jungs super.
Die Zimmer groß, Betten gut, eingerichtete Küche, aber das war es dann auch.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat nichts aber auch gar nichts mit dem Zimmer welches bei Booking gezeigt wird zu tun. Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und nicht gemütlich. Das Bad braucht unbedingt eine Renovierung und Grundreinigung genau wie das ganze Hotel. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, im Restaurant nur teilweise.

Great location right by the sea. Excellent Sicilian-style breakfast, very quiet and spacious rooms in the heart of Trapani. We have visited this apartment hotel for the fourth time now and we are always very satisfied. We will definitely come back next year. Lots of restaurants around with great prices.

Super hôtel mais dommage pour cet négligence d’entretien

L’humidité et la moisissure dans la chambre.
On nous a changé de chambre et surclassé mais uniquement le lendemain. Au vu des traces de moisissure qu’il y avait elles ne sont pas apparu dans la journée. Bref nous avoir laisser dormir dans un lieux avec moisissure et odeur d’humidité c’est pas normal. L’hôtel était pleins ce soir la, mais dans ces cas là ne pas louer ce style de chambre. Surtout que ce problème je pense est bien connu car même la très belle chambre que nous avons eu ensuite sentait l’humidité également même si il n’y avait aucune trace de moisissures sur les murs mais la climatisation était pleine car oui une Clim ça se nettoie régulièrement ça s’entretient, j’ose même pas imaginer la couleur des filtres.
Vraiment dommage car sans cela cet établissement mériterait un 10/10 au vu de son emplacement, sont personnels et les installations.

Прекрасный вид на пляж из окон и великолепный закат . Толстый кот очень милый, он встретил нас при входе в гостиницу- наверное он переедает )
За завтраком нас встретили очень приятные и позитивные ребята. Завтрак простой сицилийский , но кофе и сладкое мы любим.
