Great location. Trapani is a nice place to visit.
Pros:

The location. It was easy parking. And staff were very helpful

Cons:

The shower unit was damaged and looked very unclean. It needs a total replacement.
The door frame was loose on the inside of the lower bedroom.
The sofa cover was old and shabby.

Rooms were nothing like the ones on the photos. First room we were offered hadn’t been renovated in decades… shower was covered in mould and had broken tiles… sofa had dirty cover and stained pillows… after complaining we got different room which was much better. However breakfast was very poor, sandwiches and sweet pastry… only!!!! Sometimes few slices of cucumbers or tomatoes were available… never replenished… no cheese, or eggs or cold cuts…

Great location and room - very comfortable
Pros:

Excellent room - cleaned and towels changed daily - could not fault anything in the room.

Cons:

Not enough choice at breakfast- almost everything was carbs.

UNA GRAN DECEPCIÓN
Pros:

La ubicación y el personal del hotel

Cons:

Nuestra habitación era horrible. Nada más entrar ya se olía el olor a humedad. No tenía luz natural, ya que la habitación daba a un patio interior y encima estaba plagada de mosquitos.
Cuando llegamos, el baño estaba más bien sucio que limpio. Pelos en el suelo y en la ducha, de hecho, tuvimos de ducharnos con chanclas del asco que daba.
La cama era muy incómoda, tanto, que acabábamos las dos persona en la mitad de la cama de lo que se hundía.
Básicamente nos metieron en una habitación, la cual se hizo a parte del hotel y no tenía ni ascensor para subir, cuando el resto de habitaciones sí que tenían ascensor. Tampoco obtuvimos ayuda de nadie para subir las maletas ya que a nosotras nos costo muchísimo por la cantidad de escaleras que había.
Por último, me gustaría hablar del desayuno, todo más bien pasado y revenido, y ni siquiera unos tristes trozos de pan para tostar.
Una gran decepción la verdad.

Pros:

Hotel je na velmi krásném a praktickém místě, pokoje rozměrově nad míru, atrium překrásné, servis je velmi dobrý. Hodnocení uděluji tak, že srovnávám cenu a výkon. Chápu, že cena odpovídá lokalitě, ale očekávala jsem více komfortu. Vše bylo v pořádku, jen pro mne poněkud sešlejší.
Snídaně byla v Sicilském stylu, samoobsluha velmi velký výběr sladkého, fantastické croasainty. Protože nejsme příznivci sladkého, na vyžádání jsme dostali šunku, sýr a máslo a mohli si udělat housku. Pokud chcete parkovat zdarma, stačí zaparkovat cca. 10 min dále, každý den jsme našli místo bez nutnosti platit.

Cons:

Velmi tenká a pro nás tvrdá matrace, starší nábytek, z klimatizace šel z počátku trochu zápach.

Perfektné ubytovanie s najlepšou lokalitou, kde nič nechýba
Pros:

Ubytovanie má najlepšiu polohu, všade je to blízko. Z jednej strany hotela je menšia piesková pláž a z druhej centrum mesta, čiže lokalita 10/10. Izbu sme mali veľkú, čistú, pravidelne upratovali a menili uteráky. Izba bola takisto super vybavená a nič nechýbalo. Využili sme aj raňajky, kde nás každé ráno privítal usmiaty personál. Takisto aj ľudia na recepcii boli úplne super, príjemní a nápomocní. Počas celého pobytu nebol s ubytovaním najmenší problém.
