Pros:

Страхотно място за спокойна семейна почивка!

Прекарахме 7 нощувки – двама възрастни и две деца на 4 и 6 години, и останахме много доволни. Стаята ни беше на втория етаж с просторна тераса, оборудвана с маса и столове – чудесно място за отдих. Разполагаше с кухненски бокс, баня и всичко необходимо за комфортен престой.

Голямо предимство е красивата и просторна градина, където децата могат спокойно да играят. Паркингът е удобен и е на естествена сянка под големи дървета.

Плажът е само на 3–4 минути пеша, а хранителният магазин Tasos също е съвсем наблизо, което прави местоположението много удобно.

Особено ни направи впечатление спокойната атмосфера – часовете за почивка се спазват, което е чудесно за семейства с малки деца и за хора, които търсят истинска почивка.

Благодарим за гостоприемството! Всичко беше на отлично ниво и с удоволствие бихме избрали Armiriki Room отново. Горещо препоръчваме!

​We had a lovely stay at Armiriki Rooms. The best part of the property is definitely the hospitality—the hosts are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful.

​The cleanliness is exceptional; everything was spotless. While the furniture is not brand new, everything is very well-maintained, functional, and comfortable.

​Big bonuses for families:

​There is a fenced playground where kids can play safely.

​Free private parking is provided, mostly in the nice shade under the plane trees (platanus).

​Highly recommended for a cozy and carefree holiday in Nea Vrasna!

Unprofessional attitude of the owner
Pros:

Clean room, clean towels and bed sheets, well conditioned backyard but we never use it
and very good parking place.

Cons:

Bathroom has no ventilation. No extrator fan. Showers has no protected shields and all the bathroom gets flooded when taking s shower. No hot water in the sink so had to shave with cold watter. There is no mosquito net on terrace door. Television set is a 19" monitor with bad battery remote control device. Very bad thing is extra charge for air conditioner. On the price sheet in the room it says that it will cost 2 euros per day. The owner charged me 3 euros per day. Even worse they do not wanted to give me the remote control device for air conditioner first day. The explanation was that there is no need for air conditioner because of the good room temperature. So first night we have to sleep with the open door because of the very hot third floor room and without a mosquito net we were bitten by mosquitoes. Next day when I insisted to take air conditioner device, have to wait too long for the owner to give us the service, get charged 18 euros for six days without getting the bill. But after checking out the owners wanted to charged me extra 18 euros for already paid service. Even worse they write a ticket to Booking that We didn't pay for the air conditioning and asked for more money and represent me as a very bad customer to Booking.com even though I'm Genius level customer which is very offense to me.
Conclusion We will never come back to this place because of unprofessional attitude if the owner.

Pros:

Apartamentul foarte curat, utilat cu tot ce este necesar, spațios! Balcoanele spațioase! E un avantaj ca are o curte mare, parcare la umbra copacilor, teren de joacă utilat pentru copilașii de pina la vreo 3 ani.

Cons:

Cazarea a fost minunată, doar ca regimul zilei nu coincide cu regimul nostru. Copii noștri, de regulă dorm la amiază la între 12:00 și 15:00 iar seara îi culcăm între 9:30-22:00. Pe cind, la cazare, regimul de liniște e între 15:00 și 17:30, și seara după 23:00. Noi am fost cazați la etajul 3 în zona grătarului. Respectiv, se auzea gălăgie și la amiază și seara. Așa ca, pentru cei care au alt regim, țineți cont de acest aspect.
