Unpleasant stay!

This is a very poor hotel, I suggest everyone to avoid booking this hotel
There was totally no wiFi in the hotel. Staff claimed that their system was down and was under servicing, would be repaired and restored within couple of days. But 2 days later still no wiFi, when asked, the staff claimed that they had not found someone to repair the system. It's really booshit!
The room is totally below average, there was no wardrobe, and not even a rack and hanger to hang clothes.
There wasn't any house keeping during my stay (4 nights).
The room door is unsecured, when it's closed, it can be easily pulled to open without a card.
This is a horrible experience.

Close Metro short stay but it didn't meet the expectations as advertised.

Close to Metro station.

Cons:

Both lift were smelly. Hardly can breath if stay longer in lift.
Didn't get a room as we expected. Room seems to be smaller than as shown.
Telephone inside room cannot be used.
I booked a room for 4 but cup/glasses/tea bag are given 3. Therefore why charge me the fees of 4 persons?
