Everything was perfect. Room was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was delicious and it had a lot of choices for eating. Receptionists were always helpful and they gave me all the informations that I needed and excellent recommendations for the restaurants in Čačak. This hotel is good value for the money you pay. Thank you!
Everything was perfect
Ottima la posizione
Edificio molto bello
Colazione eccellente
Il bagno un po’ datato
Sve je optimalno! Nemam zamerke...
Sve je izvanredno, lokacija, ljubaznost, soba, hrana. Tople preporuke!!!
Great Location , very nice and helpfull stufff ' they helped with car parking and speak great english !!! thank you for all help !!! Good breakfast !!!
Nice location, comfy bed, great breakfast at a nice terrace in the courtyard
Poor shower, tiny window in a single room (other single room had a normal window though). Weird request to leave your document at a reception until you check out
Hotel je v središču mesta parkirišče v bližini in brezplačno za goste hotela.Osebje prijazno, sobe čiste in zelo raznolik zajtrk.Jedilnica je res nekaj posebnega in zajtrk zelo raznolik in okusen.
Location in the city center, easy parking. The hotel looks quite nice, has an old epoque charm
I reserved a single room, which on booking came with proper description and pictures. Was supposed to be 15 m2, with a window, proper size bed. Normal room.
What I was given, was a cubby hole, with no window, a shower so small my big belly wouldn't fit into it.
The icing on the cake was, the hotel's central AC unit was right on top of the room, making the littel box of a room resonate like a a resonance chamber. No need to say, it was impossible to sleep there. SO I asked the night receptionist to change my room. He told me they were fully booked and the only other available room was a similar dog cage righ next to this one (108 and 107). After trying to sleep on the small sofa in the living room (he didn't mind) which turned out impossible too, I went upstairs and spent the whole night listening to music. Next morning I was given a proper room.
I wrote to management, no answer. No apologies from anyone and of course I was charged the full booking amount, even though the room I was given was not what I reserved and they buggered up my whole night and consecvently the next day too.
We arrived later than the expected but the receptionist was very kind although it was after midnight. We were amazed that we could have breakfast next to the ruins of the roman baths. The breakfast had everything you need. The food seemed and tasted high quality not like other places where on breakfast they serve you the lowest quality meat, vegetables and butter. The parking in the area is free for guests.
Nothing.
