Very nice place, we would come back.
Pros:

Central location, nice breakfast, separate bicycle storage (lockable).

Cons:

In the bicycle storage there was no dedicated place for road and e-bikes. We have to place our ones right next to the wall but one day the place was full of e-bikes who do not care for leaving space for others. This would be nice to organize a bit better.

Výborná poloha blízko vlakového nádraží a historickém centru. Výhrady méně pohodlná úzká postel.
Pros:

Celkem bohatá snídaně, ale málo prostoru v jídelně pro všechny. Ne zrovna uctivé chování vůči hostům při snídani. Recepce v pořádku. Prostorná a moc hezká koupelna. Čistota. Pokoje v historickém rázu, ale bíle vymalované.

Cons:

Postele mně vyloženě zklamaly, byly úzké a levnější jak matrace tak velmi levné polštáře z kousků pur pěny. Také mně chyběla na pokoji lednice. Pokoj spíše menší. Na chodbách čpěla plíseň. Nepříznivý poměr cena (draho)/komfort.

Eines unserer favorisierten Unterkünfte in Österreich.
Pros:

Lage und Freundlichkeit des Personal und das Frühstück sind exzellent. Wir kommen seit jähren, wenngleich immer nur für eine Nacht, aber das Hotel kann man in jeder Hinsicht empfehlen.

Cons:

W-LAN ist wie in vielen Hotels von seinen Kapazitäten verbesserungswürdig.

Cons:

Śniadanie! Mały wybór.
Całkowicie pogrzebało ten Hotel to, że pani, która była przy śniadaniu jak zobaczyła mnie z kubkiem na kawę oburzyła się i powiedziała że do tego kubka zmieszczą się 3 kawy. Ta reakcja była bardzo nieprzyjemna. Pani pozwoliła mi w końcu probić jedną kawę do mojego kubka. To było słabe.

Pros:

A great place to stay in Villach. Very comfortable beds and spotless cleanless ensure amazing comfort. AC in the room. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Delicious breakfasts. Tea, coffee available at the reception. Parking (subjected to availability and a vehicle size) and a bike room on site.
