Cons:

Das sogenannte bad-en-suite Konzept ist bei dem Betrag von über 200 € pro Nacht für eine Übernachtung echt unangemessen. Zumal im Internet keine Rede von diesem Konzept ist.

Pros:

Die junge Frau an der Rezeption war so freundlich, man hat sich sofort sehr willkommen gefühlt und sehr wohl. Es wurde einem alles in Ruhe gezeigt und bei Fragen auch nochmal genau erklärt.

Cons:

Ich würde das nicht als sehr negativ bezeichnen, jedoch stand in der Beschreibung, dass man ab 14 Uhr einchecken könne, jedoch war mein Zimmer erst um 14:45 Uhr fertig. Dies kann ich aber absolut nachvollziehen, dass sowas auch mal passiert und schließlich wurde sich sofort darum gekümmert dass es so schnell wie möglich und dennoch sauber zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Und da die Rezeption so freundlich war, konnte ich über die 45 Minuten drüber hinweg schauen. Und das sollten wir vielleicht alle in solchen Situationen, denn auch das sind nur Menschen die so gut wie möglich ihren Job machen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in Villach

Sauberes, komfortables Zimmer, freundliches Personal, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Lage mitten im Zentrum von Villach ist top. Kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

Gute Lage in einem Hotel mit historischem Ambiente
Pros:

Wir hatten lediglich einen Kurzaufenthalt. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliche Bedienung.
