Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο, η τοποθεσία μαγική!
Το δωμάτιο πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό και το προσωπικό πρόσχαρο και έτοιμο να λύσει κάθε απορία !
Πολυ ευχαριστημένοι με τα γεύματα του εστιατορίου με αρκετές επιλογές.

Pros:

Η εξυπηρέτηση του προσωπικού εξαιρετικη.
Η τοποθεσια μαγευτικη.
Το πρωινό πάρα πολυ καλο με μεγαλη ποικιλία.
Οι πισινες πολυ μεγαλες, καθαρες και υπηρχε παντα μεγάλη προσοχή απο τους ναυαγοσωστες.
Το bar είχε τεραστια ποκιλια απο ροφηματα, σνακ, φαγητα, ποτα και φοβερά κοκτέιλς!!

Cons:

Οι εγκαταστάσεις ενω είναι πανεμορφες χρειαζόνται μια παραπάνω προσοχή.
Υπηρχε παντα φασαρια λογω του οτι ειναι κατα βαση οικογενειακο ξενοδοχείο αν και εμας δεν μας πειραξε καθόλου αντιθέτως το ευχαριστηθήκαμε!!
Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα παντως σε οικογένειες με παιδια, θα περασουν υπεροχα!!!

No double/queen beds. A couple is NOT able to sleep in two single beds stacked next to each other!

Pros:

Μεγάλο δωμάτιο( στην ουσία είναι δύο χώροι κ δύο μπάνια ), καθαρό κ με ωραία διακόσμηση.
Υπήρχε απλώστρα ( χωρίς μανταλάκια όμως ) κ αντικουνουπικό που σπανίως έχουν τα ξενοδοχεία.

Cons:

Στο δωμάτιο αν κ ευρύχωρο δεν υπήρχε τραπέζι με καρέκλες .
Ο εξωτερικός χώρος χρειάζεται περισσότερη φροντίδα κ περιποίηση!
Γύρω από τις πισίνες υπάρχει ένας πράσινος τάπητας ο οποίος όχι μόνο είναι κακόγουστος αλλά κ πολύ βρώμικος κ αποτελεί πηγή μολύνσεων !
Τα κοινόχρηστα ντους χρειάζονται πολύ βελτίωση ώστε να μην λιμνάζουν τα νερά κ οι κοινόχρηστες τουαλέτες πολύ βρώμικες !

Pros:

The location had a charming village atmosphere, with rocky roads and traditional houses. Children over 7 years old especially enjoyed the water slides and had a great time.

Cons:

The main pool was quite deep (1.80–1.90 meters), which made it difficult for most guests to enjoy swimming. The kids’ pool was not very clean, and the children's slides were under maintenance during our stay. Breakfast was basic and could be improved. In our room, the window blinds were shorter than the windows, so sunlight woke us up very early in the morning.

Magnificent place, superb services and personnel and i strongly recommend it
Pros:

Breakfast is beyond than sufficient, service is exceptional and there is a variety of things to choose from.
You can always choose something from the a la carte menu that is available in between breakfast and dinner which is also very extensive.

The worst place on earth
Pros:

I liked the buildings that were constructed long ago since it was a monastery and had nothing to do with the current owners and staff.

Cons:

It is more than a pity to spend our money in such places where the staff thinks that the customer is obliged to stay:
1. Impolite staff, with attitude and with no willingness to solve problems, saying lies and consider you as stupid
2. Poor facilities inside the bedroom. We did not have to let paper, just some napkins.
3. Poor cleaning services. When we checked in we found that in bathroom there were still the garbage from the previous tenants. 2 days after, when the cleaning ladies "cleaned" our room they touched all of our staff, our clothes, our personal items, something that is against covid19 rules.
4. In the semantron there are at least 3 dogs wandering around freely. I am not a dog person and I do not like being touched by dogs. Furthermore, each day they began barking at 07.00...This not what I wanted. They were filthy, not taken care of.
5. No proper heating. The rooms are made from stones and there is only an air condition. The thing is that the air condition was not working properly. And of course it is not enough.
6. Not real Upgrade. I must say that was the most disappointing of all, since when er arrived they informed us that we have been upgraded to a Junior suite. When we got in we saw a fireplace and we asked if we can light it up. And the answer was no due to some problem that we never understood. When we asked what they meant by upgrading us to something meaningless, they told us we should be happy !! because we had extra space. That was the worst lie because as I mentioned before, we could not heat the room with a Poor air condition.
7. No hot water. The hot water got up to 39 Celsius. When we asked them to fix it, two specialised!! Persons fix that but there were not enough pressure. We couldn't wash our hands. 3 days with no shower...
8. Do not order room service!!! We asked for 2 plates of plain rice, I wonder what simpler we should have ordered, and asked for some lemon and pepper.
