Great location but parking can be an issue
Pros:

Location is perfect. Rooms were good and modern. The view from the room was nice. And the breakfast was great, with plenty to choose from.

Cons:

Parking is limited and quite expensive to use the parking lot next door. You're better off parking a 5min walk away which is significantly cheaper, especially if staying for a few days.
Beds/pillows weren't as comfortable

A very pleasant stay in Auckland.
Pros:

Excellent location in city centre. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was spacious with excellent city view. We arrived very late but the check in was handled quickly and with care.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels, das sehr freundliche Personal und das extrem saubere Zimmer lassen dieses Hotel ganz klar als perfekt einstufen.

Cons:

Leider war die Käseauswahl beim Frühstück mit nur 1 Käsesorte etwas bescheiden. Auch die Tatsache, dass der Kaffee aus der Barista-Maschine auf 1 Tasse eingeschränkt wird, war etwas verwunderlich.

Walkable, phenomenal staff, lovely accommodations.
Pros:

We arrived into Auckland after a sleepless overnight flight at about 6am and the lovely manager was able to find us a room to check into early and at no fee. We were unspeakably grateful. This hotel is lovely and we had a great time. We were able to walk to the waterfront and all over the city center from this location. They were also happy to hold our bags when we checked out so we could go get our rental car without having to drag them.

Cons:

We got a little warm in the room and it felt like we couldn’t cool the room down enough with the A/C in room.

Bra läget och välstädade och fräscha rum. Sköna sängar.

Cons:

Inget ställe i rummet att ställa/öppna resväska. Kunde ha funnits en ställning att ha väskan på. Trevligt att ha frukost inkluderat men en rätt enkel frukost. Saknar pålägg och grönsaker.

Everything was good - comfortable room

Cons:

Lots of noise. Unsure exactly what it was but lots of noise around the building at night which kept me awake - was not good and lasted from 2215-2320

Loved Auckland and the Voco provided superb views of the City.
Pros:

Excellent location to see the city but a bit hilly so beware.

Cons:

Breakfast/bar area was small but there were lots of other facilities close by.

Pros:

Great location, the staff is welcoming, very helpful

Cons:

As we were 2 people in the room we were surprised to find only one chair. When we asked for another chair we were refused and got the explanation that we can not supply. Doesn’t make any sense

Comfortable hotel with a great breaky
Pros:

We travelled to AKL to see a show at the Civic theatre, so the location was really good as we were able to walk to the show. Breakfast was amazing, great variety and very tasty. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had some issues with the staff, when we arrived the staff member told us our room wasn't ready and that we would have to be moved, it come across as if we were being a nuisance. Also, after the show, about 10pm, we came back to the hotel and asked the staff about how to access the bar on the higher floor, thought we would have a nightcap before the bar closed. The staff member said it was too late and the bar was closed, not the information that had been provided to us previously. Then we asked if we could get a drink on level 2, the staff member was very reluctant to serve us, we did get a drink but again, made to feel like we were being a nuisance. Abit disappointing!
