Pros:

Nice location near to CBD. Big room. Toilet is really clean and big. Comfortable room. Nice view.

Cons:

Cheap carpark is really far away. Breakfast provided is really nice.

Amazing and brilliant service with smiles
Pros:

Everything, the room was clean and he’d comfortable. Restaurant was excellent and food really good. Staff at reception and restaurant were amazing and friendly. What a lovely gesture of some fruit brought to the room. A great experience all round.

Nothing it’s one of the best places I’ve stayed on.

Great location, clean room, super breakfast so you get loads of bang for your buck.
Pros:

For a budget hotel - this was superb! Staff were friendly, helpful and even let us check in early as the room was available. They didn't just do the 2pm check in rule for rules sake which made for a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast far surpassed what I was expecting. So much choice and you even got to make your own pancakes!

Cons:

Nothing - everything exceeded expectations. If you are looking for 5* amenities this isn't it as its simple but functional. So no porters, room service etc, however very good value if you are looking for a place to stay in Aucklands CBD. I have booked again.
