hezký prostorný pokoj, moderní, čistý, parkování přímo v areálu

Cons:

umístění přímo u vlakové zastávky, snídaně jen do 9h, velmi prostá, ne formou bufetu, ale výběr jednoho typu jídla z menu, nedá se nic přidat ani doplnit podle chuti, potřeby a hladu:)

Určite odporúčam - maximálna spokojnosť.
Pros:

Veľké izby, mimoriadne čisté - proste TOPka.
Poloha hotela - pri železničnej a autobusovej stanici, absolútne bez problémov. Nebolo počuť žiadne "staničné" zvuky ani hluk.
Raňajky - nie príliš veľký výber, ale mimoriadne chutné. Obmedzený výber vôbec nebol prekážkou.

Děkujeme moc za vstřícný přístup, a ochotu
Pros:

Velice pohodlná lokalita, moc vstřícný personál - kvůli komplikacím na cestě jsme dorazili po preferované době check-inu - paní na nás počkala, byla velice milá a nápomocná. Vyníkající telefonická komunikace. Pokoje jsou čisté, nově zařízené.

Páčilo sa mi zariadenie izby a kúpeľňa. Prístup personálu bol osobný v pozitívnom zmysle. S úsmevom a ochotou.

Cons:

Bílovec je malé mesto a tak aj poskytovanie služieb v dnešnej dobe je náročné . Obdivujem ako to zvládajú.

Middags och vin urvalen var rikliga.

Cons:

Ingen hiss, men mycket trappor.

Pros:

Zelo prostorna soba, udobne postelje, odličen zajtrk. Varovano parkirišče.
Zelo prijazno osebje. Četudi smo zaradi gneče na cesti s prihodom zamujali (check-in le do 21h), so nas počakali (cca. 30 minut).
