Not bad hotel in Fenqihu.
Pros:

Staff helped a lot. He helped get us a drive up to Alishan for sunrise and explained how we should go around Alishan most efficiently.
They upgraded our room from 4 people to 8 people.
Location very nice, right in the middle of a bunch of stalls.

Cons:

No air-conditioning
No elevator
Have to carry luggages down a few stairs before reaching to the hotel
Washroom doesnt separate dry and wet area
