Very nice place. In my opinion, it’s the best and most modern place in Vsetín.
Pros:

Very comfortable combine of services = hotel + shopping mall + parking + fitnes + very very good restorane on the same floor! Tasty breakfast. Good internet. Good view on the city.

Cons:

Bathroom humidity high. Maybe pipes need some service to remove water quicklier.

We were able to trace our family roots with the help of the ladies in reception. We

The staff were so gracious and helpful. Without their help, we would have had difficulty traveling to surrounding cities. They provided help with taxis, locations of registry offices as well as translating information on our family history. The breakfasts were delicious and delivered on time each time. The rooms were spacious and nicely appointed with very comfy beds. We loved that the hotel was new, close to the train station and we enjoyed the offerings of the mall and restaurants.

Cons:

Not one thing! All was great.
