Please call the property in advance in case you will arrive after 18:00.

Please note that on Thursdays from January until March, dinner is served in an Alpine hut. Transfer to the hut (horse-drawn carriage) is not included in the rate. The shuttle leaves at 18:00. Please inform the property if you are arriving later or do not want to have the dinner in the hut. The price for this dinner will be deducted from your reservation.

Świetny czas w super miejscu u sympatycznych gospodarzy.
Pros:

Świetny klimat tego miejsca. Wspaniała Pani właścicielka otwarta i pomocna na każdym kroku, zawsze chętna do rozmowy i bezproblemowa. Klimatyczny wystrój pokoju a także całego ośrodka stanowi o klimacie tego miejsca. Do tego jego lokalizacja w samym centrum Filzmoos. Po prostu bajka. Chętnie wrócę do Alpen Villa Rieder, mam nadzieję że już niebawem 😉

Schöne Pension mit freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang, sehr gutes Frühstück. Sauber, sehr gute Lage im Stadtzentrum. Zimmer neu gestaltet.

Cons:

Das Schlüsselboard für die Zimmerschlüssel waren zeitweise nicht unter Kontrolle. Bei Anreise befand sich niemenad am Check in und alle Zimmerschlüssel waren frei zugänglich. Personal fim Frühstücksbereich mit nackten Füßen. Kinder aus dem Familienbereich am Frühstücksbufett, Der Zimmergäste.

Super zentrale und schöne Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlfaktor im Zentrum von Filzmoos
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit großem Balkon und toller Aussicht auf den Dachstein. Die Dame des Hauses war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstücksbuffet vielseitig.
Es ist toll, dass die Gästekarte auch für den Wanderbus gilt.

Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Essen war einfach köstlich, mit viel Liebe zubereitet und immer frisch. Der gesamte Aufenthalt wurde durch die gemütliche, stimmungsvolle Atmosphäre des Hotels bereichert. Außerdem liegt das Hotel in einer hervorragenden Lage – perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Cute area but you absolutely need a car to get to Flachau if you are a intermediate or up skier. Filzmoos is a bit small.

Excellent family run hotel with amazing views and in heart of village
Pros:

Excellent breakfast v well presented. Lovely host and staff - v welcoming. Beautiful traditional Austrian hotel with many interesting design features. V personal service nothing was too much trouble. V helpful for local information.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.
Suggestion - may be helpful to have a small fridge in room to keep water drinks cool.

Perfect stay, will visit again.
Pros:

Absolutely perfect. Room was comfortable with everything a person needs. Balcony was fabulous with a great view. Breakfast was great. Location can't be beat. Hostess was fabulous and very welcoming and accommodating. Perfect stay, couldn't have asked for anything else. Looking forward to returning.
