Pros:

Perfektní ubytování, zastávka skibusu u supermarketu 50 m. Usměvavý, vstřícný a ochotný personál. Snídaně i večeře vynikající, večeře byly střídavě bufet a výběr ze tří jídel den dopředu. Porce byly velké a jídlo výtečně ochucené. Překvapil nás i malý snack od 15:00 do 17:00 hodin, kdy byla k dispozici polévka, koláče, něco drobného. Hotel je nově dostavěný, parkuje se před vchodem. V suterénu moderní lyžárna s výkonným vysoušečem lyžáků. Všude bylo čisto. K dispozici byla sauna s ručníky. Nezvyklá byla absence šatny u sauny, ale to nám nevadilo. Během našeho pobytu byla v místním baru i živá hudební produkce. Pobyt jsme si nádherně užili.

Im Zimmer kein Tisch, Heizung Regler durch Sofa nicht zugänglich und regelbar, dadurch Zimmer nicht so warm, da ein Heizkörper ein wenig überfordert

Super lokalizacja, bardzo udany pobyt, chętnie tam wrócimy
Pros:

Lokalizacja - 100m do skibusa i najbliższego sklepu i nawet jeden przystanek do najbliższego wyciągu. Bardzo dobre śniadania i kolacje, a nawet ekstra ciacho i zupa dostępne przed kolacją, już od 15:30. Super pomysł z poranną pocztą przy śniadaniu, tzn. kartką z kilkoma informacjami np. o pogodzie na dany dzień, sudoku czy innymi. Bardzo przyjazna i miła obsługa. Śniadania w formie bufetu, a kolacje różnie, w zależności od dnia czasem bufet a czasem dania zamawiane z karty na kolejny dzień. Wygodna narciarnia z dostępem z zewnątrz. Sala zabaw dla dzieci młodszych i starszych z bilardem, piłkarzykami i stołem do ping-ponga.

Cons:

Tak naprawdę nie ma się czego czepić, a to co tu wymieniam to tylko nasze subiektywne odczucia w minimalnym stopniu wpływające na całokształt.
Największy minus to mocno ograniczona ilość personelu mówiącego po angielsku. Poza paniami na recepcji, większość obsługi podczas kolacji nie mówiła po angielsku. Na stołówce fajnie przygotowana była "poczta poranna" czy menu na kolacje na kolejny dzień, ale niestety również tylko po niemiecku. Nie był to jakiś wielki problem, ale przyjmując międzynarodowych gości, warto o tym również pomyśleć, zwłaszcza że w dzisiejszych czasach takie tłumaczenia można robić praktycznie automatycznie.
Warto byłoby też wyposażyć apteczkę w hotelu. Podczas kolacji córka oparzyła rękę o jakąś lampę czy podgrzewacz do jedzenia, korzystając z długiej chochelki do sosu. Niestety w recepcji nie było nic na oparzenia, a wszystkie sklepy w okolicy o 19 już są zamknięte.
Taki drobiazg jeszcze na koniec, po przyjeździe w pokoju było dosyć zimno, a dopiero po jakimś czasie zauważyliśmy grzejniki pod telewizorem, których bym się tam nie spodziewał, a które trzeba było odkręcić, żeby zrobiło cieplutko.
