Pros:

Middag på restaurangen var fantastisk. Frukosten var enkel men ok. Personalen väldigt service inriktade.

Cons:

långt och krångligt med parkeringen. I och med att det ligger i en ZTL zone. borde ha en golfbil eller liknande för att hämta kunderna.

L hotel / le château est un super château qui pourrait tellement être mieux aménager et décorer . Un peu d amour !! Mais bon c est ok

Very nice room with separate sitting area and great view over Certaldo.

Few odd missing touches in room …for example no waste bin. Breakfast service area very cramped

Pros:

You don’t feel like you’re staying at a hotel — you feel like you’re at home, and the people who run it make you feel like part of the family.
The rooms are extremely clean, the service is excellent, and everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, and there is an Egyptian chef named Ahmed who is truly professional and talented.
The owner and manager of the hotel, Alfredo, pays great attention to even the smallest details and genuinely cares about every request, making sure his guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Great stay in a jazzy castle
Pros:

Set in a great location, the hotel is in an old castle still family owned. The current owner is also a jazz drummer, which might explain the laid back atmosphere - the place has just the right vibes, an interesting mix of old and new. We had a nice and quiet room, and enjoyed a good dinner and breakfast, served in the courtyard, overlooking the valley.

Cons:

Nothing. It is quite an adventure, though, to navigate your way up the hill, get inside the castle with your car, unload the luggage, and then find a parking spot outside the walls. But staying there is the reward.

Auténtico hotel en la Toscana
Pros:

La habitación con una vista increíble , la tranquilidad y el silencio . El hotel está en la parte alta pero desde la estación del tren no son más de 10 minutos caminando . La terraza para cenar tiene un menú de primer nivel , muy fino , bien atendido y amable .

Back in time in a very comfortable and beautiful location
Pros:

The location was breathtaking right in the old town and ajacient to the lift that takes to and from the new / old town. The breakfast was also top quality and served in a quaint and old hall. The bed was super comfortable and room and bathroom huge.

Cons:

the aircond was ok in the room but the rest of the building was very hot....
