Noi italiani siamo abituati all'eccellenza dobbiamo capire che comunque anno un'altra cultura diversa dalla nostra quindi detto ciò staf cordiale pulizia e cibo buono direttore gentilissimo hamman del hotel perfetto bella vacanza grazie

Notre séjour était fortement agréable, le personnel est très souriant et très serviable.
La nourriture était variée avec des plats locaux et internationaux.
L’emplacement était idéal en face de la mer et tout près de la médina

معاملة راقية في الاستقبال الجميع راقي في التعامل وشكر خاص لاخ : خالد ... خدمات المقهى المسبح والمقهى الداخلي راقية جدا

خدمات العاملين في المسبح سيئة جدا غير متعاونين والا مبالاه الا مع بعض الجنسيات فقط تم عده مرات سحب الفروشات الاسترخاء واغراضنا عليها وتبعثرها في الارض وكثره النمل في منطقة المسبح .. تنظيف الغرف تسحب الكروت من منفذ الطاقة ويوجد ادويه في الثلاجات ..

hôtel très bien situé et gentillesse du personnel
Pros:

L'accueil et les attentions du personnel avec une mention particulière pour Khaled aux petits soins pour nous.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel.
Les activités bien diversifiées autour de la piscine et en soirée.

Cons:

Le buffet pourrait être amélioré mais je mets une mention spéciale aux crêpes du matin, très appréciées !

Pros:

Très bon séjour ! L'équipe est parfaite, très accueillante et toujours souriante. L'accueil est chaleureux et le service est au top.

La nourriture est bonne et variée. La chambre était propre, avec une magnifique vue.

Je recommande cet hôtel !

Cons:

L'état de la chambre mériterait un petit rafraîchissement, mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre séjour.

Como en casa por el trato recibido . Se lo he recomendado a todos nuestros amigos .
Pros:

Habitaciones muy amplias. La piscina es muy grande y muy limpia y el personal es encantador empezando por el Sr Khaled que estuvo pendiente de que estuviésemos a gusto en todo momento , del Sr Hamsa que nos atendía en el comedor con la mejor de sus sonrisas y con unos detalles increíbles y del personal de animación que nos entretuvieron con los espectáculos todas las noches. Unas vacaciones en familia geniales .
