Pros:

Las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal, la comida, la conexión WiFi y sobre todo la animación. El hotel ha superado todas nuestras expectativas. El último dia nuestro vuelo salía muy tarde y nos dejaron usar todas las instalaciones hasta las 21h, además nos dejaron una habitacion de cortesía para ducharnos. Sin duda repetiremos!

Good value for money, the family enjoyed their stay
Pros:

The location itself is perfect, the swimming is clean and well maintained. The people at the reception are welcoming and tentative. They gave us amazing rooms, with sea view on the 4th floor, which was a complementary upgrade.

Cons:

They didn’t turn on the AC at the property. Upon inquiring they said that they do it on a set date, I think the 15th June, but it was really hot at night and couldn’t get much sleep

Pros:

Un grand remerciement a Mr khalid le directeur de l hôtel pour sa sympathie et qui était à l'écoute pour toute demande et la toute souriante salima à la réception pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. L'hôtel propose un bon rapport qualité/prix , j ai passé un bon séjour 🙏

Pros:

Breakfast was good but, the staff were incredibly friendly. Especially Sameh and Salima. Animators were good, every night there was an event.

Cons:

Dinner and lunch wasn't good at all. I didn't expect much from hotel kitchen but we legit thought tunisian food was bad until me and my friends ate outside. Outside everything was tasty and they reflected tunisian cuisine. But in the hotel food was really bad

Tesis çok eski asansörden aşırı ses geliyor ve restoranda bardakla içecek satıyorlar 4 bardak kolaya 40 dinar aldılar uzak durun bu otelden
