Fantastic staff, high-energy entertainment, though the hotel facilities and food needs improvement.

​I absolutely loved the staff and the animation team! The staff members were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The animation team did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained with a great variety of fun activities and high energy. They truly made the stay memorable.

Cons:

​I have a few concerns regarding the facilities and dining:
​Elevators: Having only two elevators made wait times very long and slow.
​Air Conditioning: The AC in the reception area felt quite weak and struggled to keep the space cool.
​Food Variety: The dining options lacked variety, with largely the same menu being repeated for both lunch and dinner.

Posizione ottima per visitare alcuni dei posti più importanti della nazione. Situato in un quartiere controllato e sicuro in cui si può uscire tranquillamente anche la sera per una passeggiata tra negozi, illuminazioni e lungomare. Spiaggia privata davanti all hotel comodissima con sdrai e ombrelloni riservati. Piscina e relax assicurati. Camere confortevoli. Personale disponibile e gentile. Cibo vario e buono.

Too expensive for such a resort.

Good location.
Khaled and Tasnim at reception are very kind and helpful . They try their best to help.

Cons:

Quite dated. Need urgent refurbishment. Rooms were very warm despite having air conditioning. Poor selections and quality of food overall. Lights switched off in restaurant at time of end of service although people were still eating. Expensive.

A Wonderful Vacation Experience!

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at the TMK Hotel. The overall service quality, cleanliness, and facilities of the hotel were truly wonderful. However, what made our vacation genuinely unforgettable was the sincerity and professionalism of the staff.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks especially to Khalid, who took great care of us and won our hearts with his smiling face and kindness.

We also want to give a special shout-out to Rahma, who works in the dining area and at the Beach Cafe. Thanks to her excellent service, high energy, and hard work, our beach experience was twice as enjoyable. The quality and taste of the food also made us incredibly happy.

It was a stay where we were completely satisfied with everything and felt very special and comfortable. Infinite thanks to the entire team, and especially to Khalid and Rahma, for all their hard work! This is definitely a hotel we will choose again.

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été une véritable parenthèse de bonheur dès mon arrivée j'ai été frappé par la propreté irréprochable des lieux , des chambres aux espaces communs, tout est absolument impeccable.
Mais ce qui rend cet endroit vraiment unique, c'est son ambiance ultra-dynamique et festive. L'équipe d'animation aladin , aya , momo , simo , gomez et le petit lolo est au top toujours : elle déborde d'énergie et propose des activités géniales qui rythment la journée sans jamais être envahissantes. Le cœur de l'ambiance se trouve sans aucun doute autour de la magnifique piscine, un espace super propre et parfaitement aménagé, idéal pour bronzer ou s'amuser.
Enfin, un immense bravo à l'ensemble du personnel : des réceptionnistes aux serveurs mais sur tt le responsable de tout MR ANIS
tout le monde est d'une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant et aux petits soins pour que l'on ne manque de rien. C'est l'adresse parfaite pour déconnecter, s'amuser et passer des vacances mémorables. Je recommande les yeux fermés
