الطباخين : اكل متنوع و لذيذ

اسوء ما في الفندق هم عمال المطعم بغض النظر عن ان الاكل كان لذيذ الا ان القائمين على النزلاء غير احترافيين تماما كنت اطلب الشيئ مثال مشروب غازي او منديل الا انه العامل يذهب ولا يرجع لي بما اطلبه واحيانا يراني عامل فاناديه فيلتفت الى الجهه الاخرى وينصرف وهذا كان سيء جدا في اليوم الاخير عرفت ان نظام عمال مطعم انه كل مجموعه من الطاولات لديهم شخص ويجب ان اطلب منه هو شخصيا و لا يهتم ببقيت الطاولات وهذا النظام للاسف نظام فاشل جدا ويترك انطباع سيء جدا عن العمال فالمرجو من مدير النزل ان ينظر في هذا الموضوع فانا كنزيل يجب ان ياتيني العامل و يخبرني بانه هو المسؤول على الطاولة . اسواء شي في الفندق ان تطلب شيئ ثم يحتقرك العامل و المشكلة تكررت عديد المرات . و صراحة لولا لطف عمال الاستقبال و جودة الاكل لقيمت النزل ب 1

For a 4 stars Hotel it’s really great and i am very satisfied, will bring my family with me next summer
Pros:

I want to start by saying that Mr.Khaleed the hotel director and his team are exceptionally welcoming and friendly, now to what i have liked during my stay:
-The hotel is very well placed with a private beach, next to the Marina Yasmine and a 15 mins walk to Carthage land ( the 15 mins is full of stores and cafes )
-The room is spacious and really clean, smelled nice, the bed was comfortable and i had enough pillows haha
-The common areas were well entertained and the common bathrooms were clean, i did not use the pool as i was interested in the beach but it looked so nice
Activities were proposed all day long and entertainment in the evening
-The hotel didn’t have a specific type of clientele, it’s really accommodating to all types of people and groups: solo,couples,families,big groups,girls trip,young,elderly… you will find your vibe

Cons:

I didn’t give it the full mark for two things:
-The food wasn’t terrible but it was just enough for you not to go hungry, you will find something to eat but nothing exciting and it lacked a little bit of protein options
-There were no hygiene products in the room just a soap dispenser

Not a good experience...
Pros:

The room is calm and good for sleeping (if you don't use the air-conditioning, it is very noisy)

Cons:

The service :

We paid for the water despite the all inclusive booking...

We asked to meet anyone responsible for the stupid rules, but no one showed up...

The food is good, but you don't feel welcomed in, they start taking the food 30 minutes before the closing time... So if you are a little bit late, you might find everything clean 😅

Estamos deseando volver!!!
Pros:

Las habitaciones son súper amplias, las camas son de lo más cómodo. El personal hace que la estancia sea de lo más placentera. La comida va variando todos los días, muy rica y mucha variedad. La playa es paradisiaca, agua cristalina y al lado del puerto. Las instalaciones son preciosas. Sin duda es para repetir!!

Hotel ha soddisfatto i miei gusti, camera spaziosa e pulita, mangiare nelle aspettative con molta scelta di pietanze, camerieri e tutto lo Staff molto bravi e disponibili, reception e direttore sempre presenti e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta o desiderio, tutti molto efficienti e preparati

Unica pecca del soggiorno ho trovato la spiaggia sporca di alghe e detriti del mare, si potrebbe tenere più pulito anche gli ospiti sporcano

Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone was always helpful and made us feel very comfortable. The location is also perfect and very convenient.

Overall, everything was top-notch. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Super emplacement , grand piscine

Cons:

Chambre mal entretenue , moisissure au niveau de la climatisation, climatisation qui fuit, ménage pas fait , porte fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas avec de l'air qui passe, drap une personne et qu'une seule serviette alors que nous sommes deux. Nous avons dû aller 4 fois à la réception le signaler pour qu'enfin on nous ramène le nécessaire pour 2 personnes.
Wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas pendant 5 jours.

Nous sommes très déçu de l'hôtel et du personnel. Nous avons demandé une compensation, un petit geste, Khaled le gérant devait faire une demande au directeur et nous tenir au courant. À ce jour aucune nouvelle et ne répond à aucun de mes messages.
J'ai engagé une demande de compensation auprès de booking, l'établissement refuse de trouver un accord avec booking.

Hotel à fuir.
