Perfect for a trip to Burghausen area

Pros:

Die Lage ist top! Sehr sauberes Zimmer und geräumig. Der Ausblick auf die Burghauser Burg ein Traum. Check Out lief unkompliziert und sehr freundlich ab.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft, war das Personal unfreundlich. Die Dame kam uns sehr genervt vor. Es kam die Frage wann wir frühstücken wollen und dennoch konnten wir es uns nicht ganz aussuchen, weil man Frühstück nur bis 9 Uhr bekommt und das für einen Sonntag! Und es wurde explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass wir sowieso um 10 Uhr draußen sein müssen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nichts besonderes. Es gab keine frischen Brötchen, die waren schon sehr bröselig und kein einziges Stück frisches Obst oder Gemüse. Wurst und Käse kamen aus der Packung. Der Kaffee war wenigstens aus einem sehr guten Vollautomaten.

Across the river from the castle in a quiet area
Pros:

I had no idea it was across the river from a castle fortress! Since I arrived at night, I did not see it, so it was a great surprise in the morning. The room was comfortable and the shower was warm. Nice simple breakfast. Also, there was plenty of space outside to walk my dog which is always appreciated.

Nocleg w tym hotelu powodował duży dyskomfort dla obydwu gości.
Cons:

Po przyjeździe do obiektu byłem zszokowany, gdy okazało się, że w pokoju znajdowało się tylko jedno wspólne łóżko, mimo że w rezerwacji wyraźnie stwierdzono, że pokójoferuje 2 łóżka, co było podstawowym warunkiem naszego wyboru.
Ta podróż była podróżą służbową, a ja podróżowałam z kolegą z pracy, dlatego obecność dwóch oddzielnych łóżek była absolutnie konieczna i wyraźnie wymagana w rezerwacji.
Personel hotelu przyznał się do rozbieżności, ale odmówił zaproponowania jakiegokolwiek rozwiązania. Powiedziano nam po prostu: "weź to albo zostaw" i nie zaoferowano nam żadnego alternatywnego pokoju, łóżka ani rekompensaty.
Moja prośba:
Biorąc pod uwagę, że:
• Zakwaterowanie nie spełniało podstawowych i jasno określonych warunków rezerwacji,
• Sytuacja spowodowała poważne niedogodności i dyskomfort podczas pobytu profesjonalnego,
• Lokalnie nie zaoferowano żadnego rozwiązania i
• Rezerwacja była zarządzana przez Booking.com jako pośrednika,
Z całym szacunkiem proszę o jedno z poniższych:
1. Częściowy zwrot 50% całkowitego kosztu rezerwacji (190 €) jako zadośćuczynienie za niewłaściwą obsługę, lub
2. Pełny zwrot kosztów za jedną noc (95 €), jeśli zostanie to uznane za stosowne w ramach polityki ochrony klienta.
Ufam, że potraktuje Pan tę sprawę z powagą, na jaką zasługuje.
Proszę potwierdzić otrzymanie tej skargi i poinformować mnie o dalszych krokach.

Warm welcome, quiet and romantic place, breathtaking view
Pros:

We needed a place for an overnight stay and this was perfect. Although the hotel is located in a village that is a bit removed from the major highways, it is easy to reach on a good road. Although we arrived late, we got a very warm welcome and the property also offers a good restaurant. Our room did not have a private bathroom, but we had a shared bathroom that was only used by us, so that was ok. In the morning, there is a breakfast in a room that has a breathtaking view on the fortress. Around the property, there a nice hiking trails and overall it is very quiet. The price is a bit on the high side, but still cheaper than many other places in the area, so the value is good and I recommend this.
