Pros:

Het hotel zit in een prachtig koloniaal pand vlak aan het centrale Plaza de Armas. Onze kamer was erg groot, met een fijn bed en een goede douche (als deze na zo’n 5 minuten eindelijk warm is). Het ontbijt is uitstekend en het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Er mag een keer met een stofzuiger over het tapijt in de kamer.
Doordat het hotel zich aan het centrale plein bevindt kan het wat lawaaiig zijn op de kamer, oordoppen voor de nacht zijn geen overbodige luxe.

La posizione è perfetta, la vista sulla piazza è davvero molto suggestiva!
La camera è molto grande, ed era pronta già prima dell'orario indicato per il check in. Molto soddisfatta!

Cons:

Il bagno è un po' piccolino.

Everything was good. Toilet and shower was satisfied. Noisy, need earplugs for sleep.
Pros:

Very good location and well front desk service. They gave me a super early check-in around 9AM. Breakfast was also good, you can enjoy your breakfast on the terrace with a good view to plaza.

Cons:

Noisy due to close the crossroads. Shower was hot but water just enough. Toilet was quite small.

Pros:

Centrale ligging midden in het centrum van Arequipa. Lekkere bedden, goed ontbijt, fijne douche. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Niets, doordat er geen lift aanwezig is niet geschikt voor minder validen. De trappen zijn best stijl en hoog.

Posizione sulla piazza principale di Arequipa. Palazzo storico davvero bello e ben tenuto. Receptionists tutti estremamente gentili e disponibili. Abbiamo trascorso 1 notte presso questo hotel con partenza il giorno dopo alle ore 22, abbiamo richiesto un check out posticipato e il personale della reception si è reso subito disponibile e ci ha assegnato una camera quadrupla con un supplemento di 30 dollari.

Great location, room below expectations.
Pros:

The communal areas of the hotel were lovely and showed the buildings history. The location was great, being just off the main square.

Cons:

The family room was not as expected and certainly didn’t look like the photos. The main bedroom had a very high small window that you couldn’t see out of, lighting consisted of one wall light and no bedside lamps as per photos. Kids room had no window and again no lamps for night time light. Bathroom was via a ‘Lounge ‘ area that had a strange stairway and sunken area and felt unfinished. Windows in lounge area were all frosted glass so again couldn’t see outside. Rooms didn’t match the boutique looking photos. Other rooms looked good from what we saw, so think we got the worst room that didn’t meet standards of the rest of the hotel.

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall and the hotel’s central location was definitely one of its main advantages, with everything within easy walking distance.

Cons:

There are however a few things worth mentioning. There are quite a lot of stairs to reach the reception with no elevator available, which was quite difficult, especially with luggage. The central location also means that it can be quite noisy, particularly during the weekend, so this is something to keep in mind if you are looking for a quieter stay. On arrival, we also noticed that the bathroom bin had not been emptied, which was a little disappointing.

Un soggiorno molto piacevole nel cuore di Arequipa. Posizione fantastica vista spettacolare e una colazione davvero ecce
Pros:

La posizione è semplicemente eccezionale. L’hotel si trova direttamente sulla Plaza de Armas di Arequipa e la suite aveva una vista spettacolare sulla piazza. Camera pulita e confortevole e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Una menzione speciale va alla colazione davvero eccellente con frutta fresca yogurt e piatti preparati al momento come omelette e frittate. Ho apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di lasciare le valigie dopo il soggiorno.

Cons:

La principale criticità è l’assenza dell’ascensore che può essere scomoda soprattutto con bagagli pesanti. Inoltre le camere affacciate sulla Plaza de Armas non sono completamente insonorizzate verso l’esterno. Durante le festività di Arequipa dal 15 al 21 agosto la piazza è molto animata e il rumore può essere importante. All’interno dell’hotel invece l’ambiente è molto tranquillo
