L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait. La vue est magnifique et cela permet d'être dans l'ultra centre pour faire les activités et visiter. Les lits sont très confortables, et le personnel gentil.

Cons:

L'appel à 9h30 pour dire que le petit déjeuner se termine :'-)
Laissez les gens dormir.

Da wir von einer Nachtfahrt kamen, haben wir uns sehr über das frühe Check-In und das Frühstück gefreut. Die Lage ist wirklich super.

Cons:

Leider entspricht die Darstellung auf den Bildern nicht der Realität. Die Unterkunft hat viel Potential, ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt kein Parkett in den Zimmern, lediglich Auslegware. Es fehlt an Handtuchhaken im Badezimmer.
Die Sauberkeit lässt leider zu wünschen übrig. Fleckige und dreckige Bettwäsche. Haare an Tür und Fließen verteilt von Vorgängern.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le personnel est à l'écoute. L'hôtel est très charmant et vraiment très bien placé pour visiter le centre historique et même pour partir en excursion.

Very helpful staff hauling suitcases up and down the stairs for us even at very early hours. Well presented breakfast, quiet place feeling rested.. Really good location

Pros:

Tuvimos el mejor desayuno en todo Perú con una vista espectacular hacia el volcán Misti y la Plaza de Armas!

Cons:

El hotel es muy antiguo. Lamentablemente debido a su antigüedad, requiere de ciertas renovaciones y mantenimiento. Pero aún así, el valor recibido es muchísimo más grande y definitivamente nos quedaríamos aquí de regresar a Arequipa!

All good but please note that there are just stairs no elevators, so if you have a problem taking your bags upstairs, this will be an issue.

Die Lage war hervorragend, von hier aus haben wir uns zu Fuß viel ansehen können.

Pros:

El hotel es muy acogedor, tiene un estilo clásico conservado muy bonito.
El personal fue excelente, llegamos por la mañana muy cansadas y nos ayudaron lo que pudieron para darnos una habitación antes de la hora prevista para poder ducharnos.

Cons:

Si llevas maleta, no hay ascensor por lo que las escaleras pueden hacerse un poco pesadas
