Fijn hotel op een super mooie locatie
Pros:

De locatie is geweldig, midden in het oude centrum!
Het hotel heeft een fijne uitstraling, authentiek en passend bij de omgeving.

Cons:

Niets.

Tip voor het hotel: informeer bij het inchecken de gasten dat ze de douche voor gebruik een poos aan moeten zetten voordat er warm water komt. Wij dachten bij de eerste keer douchen dat er iets kapot was.....

Good for a short stay.
Pros:

The property has the perfect location right in the corner of the beautiful square. The property self is also stunning with colonial Marble design.

Cons:

The staff were slightly cold but provided good service. The room had a slight odd smell and the shower took 5 minutes to heat up but did eventually.

Cons:

La pagina web del hotel muestra otro tipo de habitaciones, mucho mas lindas. En la que nos quedamos era la familiar y no cumplio con nuestras expectativas. La habitación se siente muy encerrada, no tiene buenas ventanas y se siente muy apretada.
Ademas la subida de las escaleras con las maletas estuvo muy fuerte, ya que las escaleras son muy empinadas.

Pros:

Lovely period building in excellent position just off the main square. The room was large and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was plentiful with a reasonable choice. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Bene ma da migliorare
Pros:

Posizione centrale, colazione buona. Il palazzo è bellissimo, le stanze avrebbero bisogno di maggior cura e manutenzione. Letto e cuscini comodi. Avendo la struttura pavimenti in legno si sentiva molto il camminare degli ospiti sia dei piani superiori sia nei corridoi.
Dopo il check-out, ci hanno custodito i bagagli il giorno della partenza.

Cons:

Avevamo prenotato l’unica camera disponibile (quadrupla) che dal vivo non rispecchiava assolutamente le foto descrittive su booking. Era angusta, con finestre rotte e camera da letto claustrofobica. Ci hanno cambiato stanza dandoci una matrimoniale con affaccio sulla piazza, che si liberava la mattina del nostro arrivo.
Pulizia così così, abbiamo atteso che la stanza fosse pulita e non abbiamo mai sentito il passaggio di aspirapolvere…
Moquette per terra bocciata.

Beautiful hotel in central location
Pros:

The hotel was in a really great central location. The breakfast (and service) were really good. The views from our room of the square were great. Despite being located in such a central location, noise was not an issue for us.

Cons:

Carrying our suitcases up two flights of stairs! Lol. The staff were very helpful though.

Great location but takeout breakfast was a disgrace!
Pros:

Right in the centre and fantastic for sightseeing. Good selection of restaurants .

Cons:

There were a lot of steps up to the reception area and no lift. We had takeout breakfast on 2 of our 3 days staying here and the breakfast provided was really really poor. The hotel really let it self down badly on this front. The breakfast on the day we ate in the hotel was great but we are sorry we went for this option.

A nice central hotel in a lovely city
Pros:

Great, central location with easy access to bars & restaurants. The hotel has some lovely original features and offered a nice breakfast.

Cons:

Some things in our room were broken ie missing dado rails from walls, bathroom door didn’t close properly, hot water didn’t always work, holes in bath towels and needed a better clean in general.

L’emplacement très central. Le personnel très sympathique et le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Cons:

L’hôtel a tout pour être l’endroit idéal, mais il faut investir dans une meilleure isolation phonique. Les chambres sont mal insonorisées. On entend le moindre bruit depuis sa chambre, ce qui nuit fortement au confort.
C’est d’autant plus dommage que la chambre avec vue sur la place est très jolie. Malheureusement, il est quasiment impossible de bien dormir.
