Pros:

Amazing location, spacious room, very nice and helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Cons:

We stayed in a room with balcony and sometimes it was bit loud in the night (street noise). Once, we didnt have hot water to shower

Pros:

El edificio es colonial y muy bien conservado, es un encanto de hotel. Las habitaciones son muy comodas y súper limpias.Además esta en pleno centro, desde la ventana puedes ver lo que está pasando en la Plaza de las Armas.

Très bien placé, personnel très accueillant et au petit soin. Nous avons fait une excursion de deux jours et nous avons pu laisser nos sacs de voyages à l’hôtel et les récupérer ensuite.

只有男生工作人員最討厭，女性都人很好。我們住兩晚，然後我們發現第二天要三點出發，第三天退房時也是五點要出發，就問他能不能一天移到我們入住當天，至少一天想吃吃看飯店內的早餐，早餐是果汁現榨，餐點一份一份準備，還不錯。
後來我們想隔天三點出發時請他們幫我們準備早餐盒，晚上的工作人員明明說ok，但到早上去取餐盒時，那男的跟我說「你們沒有早餐盒，你們移到昨天了」
真的很生氣，我們住兩晚，有兩次早餐的機會，居然擅自幫我們取消。

Se oye bastante el ruido de la calle. Por su buena ubicación, en la calle hay paso continuo de taxis y estos tocan el claxon continuamente por las noches. Para mí no supuso un problema, pero podría serlo para alguna persona
