Hotel en buena ubicación pero no cuenta con buenos servicios y atencion adecuada
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo bastante agradable, muy buena TV Plana y con cable satelital.
Cambiaron todos los dias las toallas y jabones y el cuarto estaba limpio asi como las sabanas , frazadas y colchas.

Cons:

El baño no estaba en buenas condiciones, el water no llenaba bien el agua del tanque y a veces se trababa y no entraba agua; ademas habia hongos en la puerta de la ducha y el agua caliente no salia bien y temprano no salia caliente para ducharme.
Me dijieron que habia estacionamiento, y fue mentira, el auto se quedaba frente al hotel en la calle y a veces estaba tan lleno que me estacione lejos.
Al salir a oscuras muy temprano para regresar a Lima, no habia luces automaticas en los pasillos, estaba muy oscuro y ubicar los interructores fue dificil, ante un siniestro puede ser una catastofre, y especialmente para bajar las escaleras finales no se encontro el interructor de la luz, tuve que usar mi celular para alumbrarme.
El hotel no hacer nada y permite que las personas cuelguen sus ropas, toallas y ropa de baño en los balcones, pasadizos lo cual da un pesimo aspecto, incluso se ve desde la calle este desorden e internamente deja mucho que desear.
Pedi una Cama Matrimonial y me dieron 2 camas de 1 1/2 pllaza juntas, las camas se abrian y ademas una de ellas estaba inclinada. 2 veces solicite que lo solucionaran y no lo hicieron.
El dormitorio solo tenia una luz central, no habia una luz pequeña a un costado, no hay un telefono ni intercomunicador con admidión.
Al lado del hotel hay una casa donde crian gallos los cuales no dejaban descansar, cantaban a las 5.00 de la mañana

Buena ubicación
Pros:

Lo mejor, la ubicación. También la atención del personal del restaurante.

Cons:

Las habitaciones con muy mala aislación del ruido. Lamentablemente, al ser habitaciones de madera, se escuchaba el televisor y las conversaciones de la habitación contigua, lo que dificultó nuestra privacidad y descanso.

Don't search for another place if you want to spend your time in Oxapampa. This is the place to go.
Pros:

The personal was super friendly and the additional services like crossbike, wellnesspool, massageseat and the transfer to and from the bus station were top notch. You felt welcome and at home.

Also you could order nice day tours and the ogranisation was really reliable.

Cons:

The breakfast was nothing special and did not taste really well -, a nice bonus but if you want a fully comphrehensive breakfast we would recommend to eat outside the hotel.

The water in the toilet was flowing all the time. Should be repaired.

Top location, very friendly staff but it can get rather noisy.
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff. Great garden (with small pool). Lovely hammocks to relax in. Tasty food and elaborate menu.

Cons:

As they often have big groups, it can get very noisy. Thin walls so could hear people in room next door. Breakfast rather sober.
