Lo staff molto disponibile. Ho avuto problemi con la stanza perché è entra acqua dal soffitto durante una notte di temporale e il giorno dopo mi hanno dato un'altra stanza a piano terra molto più fresca e accogliente. Sulla stessa strada dell'hotel ci sono ristoranti, alimentari e una farmacia.

Has A/C (but not very cold) & a fan, near centre, drinking water available near front desk, staff ok.

Cons:

If half price it would still be too expensive, very basic room, needs renovation, TV doesn’t work- the front desk attendant tried to fix it & then after 5 minutes said it can’t be fixed, noisy guests, poor wifi at times, outside light shines bright inside room, noises on & off throughout the night, it’s a hotel but nobody tidied the room or emptied the rubbish bin in the toilet.

Cumple pero necesita remodelación

El edificio es viejo, la primera impresión es que era un hotel de paso pero afortunadamente es familiar y es que deberían pintarlo de blanco por lo menos., en general necesita una remodelación. La habitación limpia, las camas cómodas, funcionaba bien la regadera y el agua caliente, el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien, solo que la habitación era pequeña para dos camas matrimoniales.
Cuenta con un pequeño estacionamiento.
El personal es muy muy amable, nos apoyaron con información turística, dónde ir a comer y con taxi a bien precio para ir al tren maya que se encuentra fuera de la ciudad. En general todas las atracciones están fuera de la ciudad.

Cons:

El hotel en si no es agradable a la vista y el espacio en la habitación es reducido.

Pros:

La ubicación esta un poco sentrica y caminando puede uno llegar al centro de palenque

Cons:

En el baño a la hora de bañarse uno toda el agua se corre en todo el cuarto del baño le falta un separador en el piso para Retener el agua

Pros:

È una hotel 2 stelle ben tenuto. Pulito spazi camera piu che adeguati. Vicinissimo centro e il gestore molto gentile. Consigliatissimo soprattutto per il prezzo.

Cons:

Se devo proprio indicare un piccolo difetto la mancanza di un appoggio in bagno vicino al lavandino. Ma in camera c e uno sgabello e abbiamo spostato quello. Problema risolto velocemente
