O PIOR HOTEL DA TUA VIDA

CUIDADO!!! ES EL PEOR HOTEL QUE PUEDES ENCONTRAR EN TU VIDA!!

Cons:

Os donos são pessoas horríveis, manipuladoras e autênticos ladrões disfarçados atrás de políticas internas ridículas. É absolutamente absurdo e desonesto.
Se te atrasas 2 minutos no check out querem cobrar-te 20 soles. Para guardares as malas no hotel cobram 10 soles por mala por dia e a pagar em avanço.
E quando quisemos levantar as malas 1 dia antes fizeram-nos esperar meia hora e depois disso quase que tivemos que chamar a policia para nos devolverem os 20 soles desse dia.
O dono veio com argumentos ridículos, primeiro a dizer que só faltava uma hora para cobrar o dia seguinte, depois já dizia que tinha que cobrar uma comissão, e queria transformar as 3 noites em 4 dias. Enfim, absolutamente ridículo, triste e lamentável. Uma falta de respeito total.
Tive que me exaltar e ameaçar chamar a policia.
Os funcionários são queridos, mas têm um medo terrível dos donos e não dão um passo sem lhes pedir autorização e ordens.
Ambiente horrível e pesado.
O café da manhã é pobre e se pedes mais um dedo de café não te dão. E os funcionários, envergonhados pelas ordens ridículas que têm, pedem desculpa mas não podem dar nem mais um pedaço de pão. Nunca vi nada assim.
Se não pedes água quente não te dizem que tens que ligar um botão na parte de fora do quarto, e só dá para um duche rápido de água morna. Depois acabou.
Viajei por imensos hotéis no Peru e pelo mundo, e nunca vi nada assim. Absolutamente horrível.
Fujam deste hotel. É um atentado ao turismo e aos bons princípios humanos.
Manipuladores, sensação de extorsão e pelo ar assustado dos funcionários, devem ser uns tiranos com os empregados.

C est un hotel confortable. Les repas sont excellents. La qualité et le prix sont abordables même pour un 3 étoiles.
Il est situé près du centre et tout est accessible à pied.

D une propreté exemplaire. La piscine est un confort complètement aire.
