No facilities and the shower was a joke!
Pros:

The property had a TV

Cons:

The water from the shower didn’t touch your body, there was no hair dryer or ironing board which they said there was and there were not enough plug sockets. The air con worked.

Cons:

Struttura non curata , scarsa pulizia . Formiche in stanza e addirittura una notte ci siamo ritrovati una blatta sul letto . Esperienza pessima .

Pros:

Locatie is goed gelegen alles is op wandelafstand. Zwembad en ontbijt tegenover is ook fantastisch. Kamer heeft alles was je nodig hebt en ligt ook rustig gelegen.

Cons:

Bij aankomst kon de kamer wel wat schoner naar mijn standaarden toe. In de 7 dagen dat ik er was is niemand komen schoonmaken. Ze stonden 1 keer voor mijn deur en ik vroeg of ze mij 5 minuten konden geven zodat ik mijn spullen kon pakken en vertrekken, maar uiteindelijk zijn ze toch niet komen schoonmaken. Dat was wel wat minder.

Rispetto alla zona centrale, questa struttura si trova solo a 10 minuti di strada a piedi, ed un silenzio piacevole.

Room Facilities and Maintenance Issues.
Pros:

The balcony was nice, conditioner worked perfectly and nice location of the accomodation

Cons:

The shower and bathtub were poorly designed, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and often worked poorly. The view from our window overlooked a construction site.

We also saw cockroaches near the building, although fortunately there were none in our room.

Beliggenheten er bra, bassenget over gaten er fint, og vertene svarte raskt på melding.

Cons:

Rommet virket imidlertid ikke spesielt rent. Det hang også et langt svart hår på veggen i dusjen ved ankomst, og det var mange døde dyr på rommet.

Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend this apartment.
Positive: The location was excellent, with both the beach and the city center reachable within a 10–15 minute walk. Bus connections were also conveniently accessible within about 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment was well furnished and equipped. We appreciated the fridge stocked with two cold drinks, as well as the cups, mugs, and complimentary instant coffee provided upon arrival.
A major highlight was the large and beautiful swimming pool located across the street, which we were allowed to use during our stay. It was very well maintained and a great addition to the accommodation.
The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier upon request. During our stay, the apartment was cleaned once and the towels were replaced, which was a nice touch.
The host was also very helpful and responsive. He provided useful information about the best way to get back to the airport by bus and always answered our questions quickly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had a mosquito problem in the apartment, which made some nights quite uncomfortable and affected our sleep.
In addition, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for our entire 7-night stay, so we had to purchase additional rolls ourselves.
The pillow was also very flat and could have been more comfortable.
Overall, I would rate the apartment positively due to its great location, good facilities, and helpful host, despite the issues mentioned above.
