Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall and would recommend this apartment.
Positive: The location was excellent, with both the beach and the city center reachable within a 10–15 minute walk. Bus connections were also conveniently accessible within about 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment was well furnished and equipped. We appreciated the fridge stocked with two cold drinks, as well as the cups, mugs, and complimentary instant coffee provided upon arrival.
A major highlight was the large and beautiful swimming pool located across the street, which we were allowed to use during our stay. It was very well maintained and a great addition to the accommodation.
The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier upon request. During our stay, the apartment was cleaned once and the towels were replaced, which was a nice touch.
The host was also very helpful and responsive. He provided useful information about the best way to get back to the airport by bus and always answered our questions quickly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we had a mosquito problem in the apartment, which made some nights quite uncomfortable and affected our sleep.
In addition, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for our entire 7-night stay, so we had to purchase additional rolls ourselves.
The pillow was also very flat and could have been more comfortable.
Overall, I would rate the apartment positively due to its great location, good facilities, and helpful host, despite the issues mentioned above.

Cons:

The main issue was the hot water. During the first two days, when the property was nearly empty, everything was fine. After more guests checked in, hot water disappeared in the mornings and evenings. We reported the problem immediately, and repairs lasted for two days. Spending half of a holiday without reliable hot water is not acceptable.
Housekeeping was completely absent during our 7-night stay. The room was never cleaned, trash was never removed, sand was never swept from the floor, and towels were never changed, toilet paper was never replenished.
The room was also extremely noisy. Traffic, scooters and loud music from roads nearby continued late into the night. Closing the windows and balcony door made almost no difference.
The sound insulation was practically nonexistent. 2 last nights guests in a neighboring room were shouting until 4 a.m. and repeatedly dropping heavy objects on the floor. It sounded as if it was happening inside our own room, making it impossible to sleep.
There was no drying rack for beachwear and no plates or basic kitchen utensils, only cups and a kettle
