Relaxing venue with really good food and facilities
Pros:

Relaxing resort, friendly and helpful staff, really good quality food, 2 good pools. All very clean and tidy. Good location, short walk into Fiskardo.

Disappointing stay- if you want somewhere special to go, I wouldn’t go here.
Pros:

The location is amazing, it’s clean, and the massages are great.

Cons:

The staff are short with you, or dismissive for simple things like laundry- not the staff generally in the hotel- the managers. They don’t communicate when things like a main pool is shut but try to sell you things constantly. They messed up our orders for dinner and didn’t properly compensate. The breakfast is average. We went for our honeymoon and the famous Greek hospitality wasn’t there.

Amazing hotel with stunning views
Pros:

Incredible views from many parts of hotel. Beautiful site with a very relaxing atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Special shout out to Barbara who was fantastic with our young son. The location couldn't be better. Close to Fiskardo and right next to a beautiful beach. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and well furnished.

Pros:

Our second stay, room a little tired. The breakfast is very good, staff helpful and friendly. We loved the adults only pool.
The only this that spoilt it was the penny pinching attitude to in-room drinks; charging €1 each for tea bags is beyond mean! We went out and bought our own.

With the beautiful location and lovely facilities - hire/train some decent front of house staff.
Pros:

The Resort is situated in a fantastic location - near lovely beaches and Fiskardo for dinner and excursions. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

Cons:

The guest services desk staff were among the worst I've ever experienced. Our arrival: Check in was a disaster - leaving us stranded at a locked gate after a long tired day of travel - then leading us to an open road for parking our rental car - when all the materials state there is parking available. Then, for our departure: No opportunity for an extended check out - even while materials state that it is easily granted.
The kicker, no apologies. They did not care. Every request made with the desk was received as a bother/burden.
With the beautiful location and lovely facilities - hire/train some decent staff and write some honest copy: limited parking and late check out on request, with limited availability.

This is an amazing family run hotel and quirky. The rooms are small, very dated in their design and dark but always perfectly clean. We would go back at the drop of a hat but see if we can get a modern room

Beautiful stay, would definitely return.
Pros:

Location is perfect, 5/10 min walk or quick shuttle into Fiskardo. Highlight for us was the main pool area which has stunning views, good service from staff, very clean and a lovely calm atmosphere. Comfortable sunbeds, lots of choices of areas to relax. Also the cliff side deckchairs and steps into the sea were amazing and being able to dip into the sea like that was a huge highlight.
Beautiful resort, gorgeous buildings, views, flowers and greenery everywhere. Very friendly staff for the most part. Breakfast is great with so many options and the home made cakes were especially fantastic. Gym was quite well equipped compared to other 5 stars I’ve visited and the tennis court was fabulous too.

Cons:

For what we paid and considering it’s 5* we did expect something a little more special. The beds have a stone slab instead of a headboard and I didn’t sleep especially well due to this. The bathroom was basic and the shower leaked onto the floor. In some areas the aesthetic is gorgeous but in others it needs a bit more attention to really bring the interior design up a notch. Eg random photos on the walls in the room which are shabby and don’t look great. Chalk on the walls of the lobby which doesn’t look great. The bedroom was lovely with a beautiful four poster bed so a nicer bathroom really would have bumped everything up a notch to give a more 5* feel. We had no do not disturb sign available at any point and did get visited by housekeeping often, which is good but a bit more privacy would have been appreciated. especially then when the cleaner asked my husband for a tip a few days into the trip … He was then unappreciative at a £60 tip which was bizarre. However these are the finer details and we still overall had a beautiful stay and would return for the amenities , location, friendly staff and overall experience.

Coole Insel für Naturliebhaber!
Pros:

Lage u.nochmals Lage, wenig Leute sehr ruhig super Meer / Wasser Abwechslung Felsen Kies Sand einzigartige Buchten Natur pur.
Essen im Hotel wie in Fiskardo von gut bis sehr gut, Preise leicht gehoben "Getränke"
Der Hotelpool ein Hit zusätzlich Privatpool.
Wir kommen wieder!

Cons:

Im Umland gibt es immer wieder Müll Hotspots , wie abgestellte Autowracks Bauruinen
und diversen Müll. Zeugt von unfähigen Regional Politikern da die Ortstaxe mit € 7.50 p.P. und Tag sehr teuer ist.

Location, location, location
Pros:

The location and the views are extremely impressive as per the photos and other reviews. Excellent customer service from the staff throughout, I also used the spa, had a lovely facial and massage. The food is good however the restaurant is small and in high season I can see it would be busy/hard to get a table. Breakfast good.

Cons:

I felt my room decor was a little dated, there was also some terrible photography art work on the wall which looked cheap and doesn’t match the overall aesthetic at all. For a nature resort it is not particularly eco friendly - plastic bottled water in the rooms, plastic straws in use and the toiletries in the bathroom are single use/mini sized. TV in the room very old, also had a DVD player (didn’t see any DVD’s). Would benefit from upgrading to smart TV’s with Netflix/Prime etc. as most places on the islands now have.

מלון מדהים!
הגענו כמשפחה והייתה לנו חוויה מדהימה.
הכול היה מסודר, נקי ומטופח. הצוות תמיד חייך, היה אדיב ונכון לעזור – וזה הפך את השהות לעוד יותר נעימה.
ברצוני לציין במיוחד את קטרינה, אחת מבעלות המלון, שדאגה לי בארוחת הבוקר ונענתה ברצון לכל בקשה.

המיקום מושלם – ממש לצד חוף יפיפייה במי טורקיז צלולים. במלון אווירה שקטה ונעימה שמשרה שלווה אמיתית. בנוסף, המלון נמצא קרוב לכפר פיסקרדו, מקום מקסים לטיול ערב נעים ולארוחה באחת מהמסעדות המקומיות.

כיף גם לצאת להסתובב וגם להישאר במתקני המלון- הבריכה נמצאת ממש על קו החוף, וישנה גישה נוחה לחוף הפרטי.

אני ממליצה בחום על המלון, ובטוחה שעוד אשוב.

Pros:

Incredible facilities and amazing staff. Location is the best on the island. The only issue is the resort is so good you barely make the most of it! The photos don’t do this place justice.

Cons:

There were times communication could’ve been better, ie we didn’t know about the secret path down to Fiscardo without asking ourselves - at check in it might be nice to do a full run through of this sort of thing. It led to us having lots of nice little surprises throughout our stay though on the plus side!
