Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im YAY Sustainable und würden jederzeit wiederkommen – für uns ganz klar 10 von 10 Punkten.

Die Anlage liegt traumhaft im Dschungel nahe Buritaca und ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Herzblut hier in die Gestaltung geflossen ist. Besonders schön ist der Fluss direkt am Gelände, an dem man sich in den bereitgestellten Hängematten entspannen und sich im angenehm kühlen Wasser erfrischen kann. Auch der Badeteich in der Mitte der Anlage ist ein wunderbarer Ort zum Relaxen.
Unser Bungalow war sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein Highlight war die Außendusche mit warmem Wasser, die das Naturerlebnis perfekt gemacht hat.
Das Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten und man kann zwischen drei verschiedenen Varianten wählen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und bietet eine schöne Auswahl.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und herzlich.
Massagen und Ausflüge können ebenfalls organisiert werden. Das Internet funktioniert grundsätzlich stabil, kann bei starkem Regen aber etwas schwächer werden.
Insgesamt ist YAY Sustainable ein ganz besonderer Ort mitten in der Natur – perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen. Wir haben unsere Zeit hier sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen. 🌿

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage, mitten im Dachungel, umgeben von viele verschiedenen tollen Pflanzen und Tieren. Sehr ruhig, perfekt um ein paar Tage zu entspannen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Zimmer schön und ausreichend geräumig. Ich finde das nachhaltige Konzept sehr gut und würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Cons:

Ich hatte einmal eine Kakerlake im Zimmer (aber da kann die Unterkunft nichts für, sowas kommt eben vor mitten im Dschungel).

Wunderschöner Ort, grosse Empfehlung!
Pros:

Wunderschöne Anlage, selten so eine liebevoll gepflegte, blühende Umgebung erlebt. Es war wirklich eine Augenweide. Auch der Fluss war toll zum Baden und das Essen war lecker. Mein Mann hatte ausserdem eine sehr gute Massage. Erholung pur!

Cons:

Einzig, dass es manchmal wirklich sehr lange dauerte, bid das Essen kam, resp die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Mit Kindern zT etwas schwierig.

Le lieu mériterait une meilleur gestion et un meilleur service client

Endroit très beau, restaurant très très bon et personnel du restaurant très sympa.

Cons:

Personnel de la réception vraiment désagréable. Ils se sont mal organisés et nous ont fait changer de chambre sans aucune raison la veille de notre départ d’un séjour de 10 jours parce qu’ils avaient déjà accepté une nouvelle réservation. Aucun remerciement ou compensation c’était ça ou on n’avait pas où dormir alors que nous avions fait la réservation avec 2 mois d’avance via booking.
Les chambres sont jolies à l’extérieur mais la propreté à l’intérieur n’est pas tout ça… nous sommes en pleine nature d’accord mais il y a plein de trou et de faille dans les filets qui protègent qui ne sont pas réparées et nous ont offert des nuits avec des gros crapeaux ou des cafards autour du lit.
Yoga payante mais ce n’est dit nulle part. On a juste dû payer à la fin.

Terrible experience.
This is one of the most expensive places in the area, and unfortunately it is absolutely not worth the price. The first day everything seemed fine, but our cabin, “Papaya”, had extreme humidity. Sleeping was very uncomfortable and we didn’t rest at all.
The second day was even worse. During the night, when we went to the bathroom, we discovered the cabin was infested with cockroaches. There were at least six cockroaches on our toothbrushes. We had to throw everything away and buy new items. This problem continued throughout our entire stay — a serious and unacceptable infestation.
The food was just okay, but very inconsistent depending on who was cooking. Portion sizes varied a lot. On one occasion, we ordered a fish soup and received a much smaller portion than usual, and it was full of chicken bones. Absolutely disgusting.
To make matters worse, there was construction going on during our entire stay. They were building another cabin, and from 8 a.m. onward we were accompanied by the constant noise of chainsaws and construction. Extremely disrespectful for a place that claims to be peaceful and exclusive.
We deeply regret paying what we paid. It is one of the most expensive places in the area, and we felt completely disrespected and scammed. In the end, the only response we received was, “I’m very sorry, bye”
Without a doubt, the worst experience we have ever had in all of our travels.
