Milý a dobře umístěný hotel je už bohužel notně omšelý. Žamberk by si zasloužil lepší ubytování.
Pros:

Poloha hotelu na náměstí

Cons:

Hotel by potřeboval rekonstrukci, ale malá vylepšení nestojí spoustu peněz. Hodilo by se vymalovat a vyměnit závěsy a záclony. Na balkónových dveřích jiný kus látky než na okně.

Tmavo a zastarano pôsobiaca izba.
Pros:

Raňajky boli vynikajúce , aj raňajková miestnosť bola útulná

Cons:

1) Froté plachty vo vyše 30°C nie je moc dobrá voľba.
2) Izba pôsobí , ako z čias komunizmu.
Staré odliepajúce tapety.
Mohli by sa viac inšpirovať snídaňovou izbou.

Perfect for myself on business trip
Pros:

One staff member very friendly and helpful (Young long dark hair) and second staff member not unfriendly but seemed very cold.

Cons:

No Coffee making Facilities in room.

Pros:

The property was located in the town where I had business to attend to.

Cons:

The staff were difficult to get hold of. The bed was worn and the springs on the mattress were uncomfortable, they allow dogs in the hotel (not disclosed when I made the booking), there was no sheet on the bed - only a mattress protector, and there were marks on carpets in the stairwell which may have been animal urine puddle marks. The towels received in 1 change-out were severely frayed around the edges - more suited to cleaning rags than for paying guests to shower with), the room was booked with a double bed, but the duvet was a single duvet which was too short. The duvet was a thin summer duvet, and there were no blankets in the room to use with the cold night temperatures, so I had to put on layers of clothing to sleep. When I raised this with the staff, they out a second such duvet in the room, and said that they have no other bedding in the hotel, and could this not offer anything more. There was a 2-seat sofa in the room which had water marks which may have been due to animals urinating on it, and this I did not use it.

The curtains were threadbare and ill-fitting in the window openings, allowing the cold air and outdoor lighting into the room.

Since they accommodate visitors, I was surprised that there were no maps available indicating convenience stores, etc. with the language barrier, no-one was able to offer directions. It took me 3 days to find out where I could buy snacks and soft drinks, so I had to go without refreshments for most of my trip.

The staff did not respond to my email request for the invoice so that I could pay before departure. When I tried to pay at the hotel, there was a problem. They called their bank, which advised that it was a “credit card terminal incompatibility” problem. The receptionist printed the invoice and said I should pay when I returned to South Africa.

Celková spokojnosť z pobytu.
Pros:

Príjemné prostredie. Raňajky - veľmi dobré, široká ponuka. Vynikajúca hotelová reštaurácia (večere).

Cons:

Nemám čo vytknúť. Možno by som privítal viac vešiakov v skrini, ale to je nepodstatná maličkosť.

Dobrý pobyt
Pros:

Hotel poskytuje pěkné a pohodlné ubytování. Pokoj byl čistý, pěkně vybavený a s terasou. Postel byla pohodlná a velká.

Cons:

Na pokoji jsoi velmi slabé závěsy, které neumožnuji lepší tmu na pokoji. Jsou vidět světla, která svítí na náměstí. Velmi špatné čidlo na chodbě, které zapínalo chodbová světla. Musel jsem vždy použít baterku v mobilu, než jsem došel k místu, kde čidlo začalo fungovat.
