The bed size
The hotel is in a wonderful, tranquil neighbourhood, with the Vondel park only few steps away where I spent all my sunny mornings. Museumsplein is so close and you can reach hotel directly from the airport via bus 397. A very nice garden and simple but beautiful breakfast. All in all, it was a joy staying here while visiting Amsterdam.
Uitstekend ontbijt. Personeel uitzonderlijk vriendelijk. Heel hotel gedateerd (waarschijnlijk een bepaalde stijl), maar erg smaakvol en goed onderhouden.

Close enough to the centre but in a quiet street away from it also.

The only thing I would suggest would be air con to be installed in the rooms, we were lucky enough that the weather was warm when we were visiting and we had been provided with a fan in the room however this was not enough to cool the room down enough.
Very hospitable staff and felt like a very safe neighbourhood whilst we there.
Nice location just outside the hustle and bustle of the main city
The shower didn’t drain too well so we had to put the water on low so it didn’t fill up the shower floor.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, with so much to see and do within easy walking distance. Our room was excellent—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and we were incredibly grateful to receive an unexpected upgrade!

Very quiet, nice neighborhood.
Superb breakfast
The room we were in was tight for space - we had 2 medium sized suitcases plus carry-ons ( linking the trip with a 2 week cruise). We made it work!
They were doing some renno work on next door property on the last day - that can happen anywhere
