Pros:

Hotel bol pekný, čistý a personál veľmi príjemný. Raňajky boli chutné a bolo s čoho vyberať za mňa veľká spokojnosť a keď budem v Karvinej určite sa sem vrátim

Zle uvedená cena na bookingu
Pros:

Personál bol ústretový a milý.Ranajky boli fajn. Izba pekne pripravena.

Cons:

Nepáčilo sa mi že na bookingu bola iná cena ako sme v skutočnosti platili. Mali sme platiť 150 eur a platili sme 200. Taktiež na izbe bolo neskutočne teplo. Písané že klimatizácia ale my sme mali mega horúco v izbe.

Ostatní bylo v pořádku.
Cons:

Označeni vjezdu k hotelu z hlavní cesty. Cestička na parkoviště schovaná v keřích, neviděli jsme žádnou směrovku. Nejdřív jsme hotel objelu zezadu a co tam kromě neudržované cestičky bylo? Sluncem propálené tabulky se směrovkami z roku jedna - dvě. Bylo by vhodné to do pořádku.
