Хороший отель , хорошее расположение! Экономят на мелочах , что портит общее впечатление!
Pros:

Хорошие завтраки и ужины . Большая парковка , хороший WiFi. Зона спа .

Cons:

Ужасные подушки из халафайбера , отсутствие питьевой воды в номере , нет возможности заказать еду в номер , нет даже чайных ложек .

A very pleasant stay with great service, comfort, and a stunning view, with only minor inconveniences.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is extremely kind and professional. Our housekeeper did a great job keeping the room tidy every day. The room was always warm and comfortable, which is very important during winter. The view from the hotel is absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience even better.

Cons:

The elevators were quite slow and sometimes didn’t seem to operate logically, as if they were slightly misadjusted. The ski bus transfer is very useful and well organized, but on a few occasions the staff did not place the skis in the luggage compartment, so we had to hold them inside the bus, which was a bit inconvenient.

Pros:

Спа-зона в 19-20 была тихой и спокойной. Кровать и подушки - норм.

Cons:

Проект этого отеля - кошмар. От ресепшена нет лифта, но идут 2 лестницы наверх, что неудобно, если у тебя снаряжение или чемоданы. При этом есть возможность занести вещи с паркинга со стороны ресторана, но персонал об этом не уведомляет.
До спа зоны тоже нет лифта, идет лестница вниз. Достаточно крутая, если вы с детьми, то приходится держать за руку.
В номере душно, поэтому спали с открытым окном.
Едаа… оч мало овощей. В основном салат и огурцы с помидорами. Перцев не было. Все три дня кормили одним и тем же. Еда норм, но хотелось бы хотя бы овощей побольше.
Развозка странная, могли бы довозить до более комфортного спуска к подъемникам, а не к горке и в сугроб. Плюс оч громко играла музыка у водителя, сербам рядом с нами и нам это не нравилось. Внутри было накурено. Мы в итоге ездили до парковки трассы 1. Там паркинг стоит 150rsd.

Базово хороший отель, честное соотношение цена/качество, лучше бронировать с едой
Pros:

Отель находится в небольшом отдалении от основной деревни, но хорошо компенсирует потенциальные неудобства от такого расположения. В проживание входит утренний трансфер до подъемников и послеобеденный обратно, для каждого направления есть по 4 варианта времени. Отсутствие кафе рядом не ощущается за счет вкусных и разнообразных завтраков и ужинов в отеле. Хороший спа, очень удобные часы работы. Понравился свежий ремонт в номере и удобный матрас!

Cons:

Рядом с отелем находится трасса С1, планировали пользоваться ей, чтобы не зависеть от трансфера, но она была закрыта. Во время нашей поездки в январе в целом был открыт очень маленький процент трасс, поэтому это не удивительно. Однако, мы вернулись в Копаоник еще раз в феврале в хорошую погоду, когда почти весь курорт был открыт, но эта трасса все равно не работала, это важно, если для вас выход отеля на трассу является ключевым критерием. Мало времени между началом завтра и первым трансфером до подъемников (30 минут).

Pros:

I stayed at Hotel Putnik and overall it was a very good experience, especially for a ski holiday.

The hotel is ideal for skiing — it’s easy to reach the slopes by ski bus, personal car, or, when there is enough snow, you can ski directly to slope 1C, which is a big plus. After a long day on the slopes, it’s great to come back and relax in the spa and pool area, which really helps you unwind.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, always ready to assist when needed. I also really appreciated that breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, with a good variety of food options, so there was always something for everyone.

Cons:

On the downside, I did not enjoy the New Year’s Eve night. The hotel invited a Serbian band that played only Serbian music. Considering that around 80% of the guests were from other countries, it would have been much better to also have a DJ playing international music to create a more inclusive atmosphere.

There were also some issues with the water supply — at one point, there was no water in the shower, sink, or even in the restaurant. It would have been nice to be informed in advance about the problem, and perhaps to receive complimentary water at the restaurant as a small gesture.

Despite these issues, the hotel remains a solid choice for a ski trip, mainly due to its location, facilities, and friendly staff.

Sve pohvale, rado ću otići opet.
Pros:

Hotel je za svaku pohvalu. Rado ću se vrtatiti.

Cons:

Sef u sobi treba pričvrstiti za zid, pošto se može kompletno izvaditi jer nije pričvršćen. Tuš je bio polomljen, potrebno je zameniti, funkcionalan je ali voda prska i gde ne treba.

Pros:

Great spa and solid breakfast/dinner

Cons:

Room cleaners just make your bed and nothing else; when there is not enough snow, cannot use the ski lift across the street (although they did provide a van but the driver is very unprofessional)
