Pros:

Very nice scenery and surroundings, nature is 30 meters away. Close to Kopaonik center. Haven't tried the skiing facility as wasn't the season. Otherwise, everything was fine. Tasty and nicely presented breakfast and dinner.

Pros:

Everything was good. Nice clean hotel, tasty food, good spa, shuttle minivan to the ski lifts. Also a big plus for the children's playroom and the wonderful, cheerful and caring Mina who took care of the children who were playing.

Pros:

Osoblje je super ljubazno. Cist apartman. Opcije za veceru i dorucak su mnogobrojne i raznovrsne. Od sadrzaja u spa su dostupne 3 vrste saune, parno kupatilo, hammam, masaze, bazen, bazen za malu decu i djakuzi.

Cons:

Jastuk ne drzi oblik, napravi se rupa i glava utone kroz par minuta. Za moje potrebe, neka druga vrsta jastuka bi vise odgovarala.

Veoma lepo sređen i komforan hotel.

Cons:

Malo su čudni liftovi. Npr nema lift direktno do recepcije, pa moraju torbe da se ponesu od recepcije jedan sprat do lifta.
Osim toga nema zamerki.
