Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré les quelques difficultés
Pros:

Hôtel est propre,personnel présent,femmes d’entretien pressées…
Les repas excellents, beaucoup de choix… nous avons appréciés

Cons:

Hôtel éloigné du centre,il faut marché 1 km long de la route sur un chemin non aménagé,accès au parking dangereux, il faut traverser la route avec une circulation très rapide, pas de climatisation dans les chambres supérieures??

Udobno i čisto, bazen je korektan, moguće je plivanje ako nije gužva.

Cons:

Na doručku jedina kafa je filter, ne postoji aparat, ni u sali za doručak ni u sobi. Mislim da je to veliki nedostatak za ovakav hotel.

Sve u svemu, boravak je bio prijatan. Priroda je nadoknadila ono što je u društvenom smislu nedostaj
Pros:

Hrana po principu švedskog stola izuzetno bogata, raznovrsna i obilna. Osoblje vrlo ljubazno i korektno, čistoća na nivou.

Cons:

Nedostajao je neki sadržaj koji bi okupio goste u večernjim satima, na primer. Jasno je da su hoteli namenski predviđeni za zimsku sezonu, ali u 21h uveče sve utihne. Ovo se odnosi na Kopaonik generalno. U centru ostaju otvoreni neki kafići do 22h i to je sve. Nema ni centralnih događaja koji bi omogućili gostima da se međusobno druže i zabave.

Comfortable stav in NP Kopaonik..
Pros:

Almost everything starting from location, food, room and staff.

Cons:

Missing just a coffee maker in the room. Coffee served for the breakfast time is a sort of nes coffee almost tasteless.

Pros:

Lokacija, ljubaznost osoblja, sadrzaji u hotelu, sve je bilo na visokom nivou. Toliko dobro da cemo se druziti ponovo 🙂

Pros:

I liked the spa, and the staff at the spa.

Cons:

The minibar freezer was not cooling. So don’t expect to cool drinks.
The cleaning lady was not really polite.
