the best hotel to relax
Pros:

A quiet place with a beautiful ocean view. The rooms were cleaned daily, the hotel food was very good and there was a wide selection of dishes. There was a large selection of drinks. There were plenty of places to lounge by the pool. The Rock Restaurant was a 7-minute walk away. The staff was amazing, trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Late check-out was hassle-free and free of charge. I highly recommend it.

Cons:

On our last day, ants appeared in our room. We reported it to the staff and they tried to respond quickly. Thank you for that. It's important to remember that Africa and things like insects are normal.

Pessima gestione dei problemi.
Pros:

Purtroppo l’esperienza negativa e la gestione del problema non ci hanno permesso di apprezzare il soggiorno.

Cons:

Appena entrati nella prima camera abbiamo trovato formiche e altri insetti sul letto, sotto i cuscini e tra le lenzuola. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare stanza, ma inizialmente il personale ci ha detto che non vi erano altre camere disponibili.
Come unica soluzione hanno spruzzato un insetticida dall’odore fortissimo in tutta la stanza e anche sul letto, nonostante avessimo chiesto di non farlo. Il prodotto ci ha provocato tosse e ha reso l’aria difficilmente respirabile.
Dopo molte insistenze ci è stata infine assegnata un’altra camera, ma anche lì abbiamo trovato pressoché la medesima situazione con formiche in giro. Il personale è stato poco disponibile e la situazione non è stata propriamente risolta. Abbiamo trascorso una notte insonne.

Eine traumhafte Oase auf Sansibar

Wir waren eine Woche im Mnana Beach Bungalow und können nur sagen: Es war einfach perfekt! Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem kostenlosen Upgrade überrascht – ein wirklich toller Start in unseren Aufenthalt. Auch der späte Check-out bis 16 Uhr wurde uns kostenlos ermöglicht. Vielen Dank für diese besondere Gastfreundschaft!

Die Zimmer waren wunderschön, sauber und gemütlich, das Essen hervorragend und der Service einfach großartig. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt haben.

Mnana Beach Bungalow ist für uns eine echte Oase auf Sansibar. Ein Ort, an dem man alles hat, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht, und den man eigentlich gar nicht mehr verlassen möchte. Traumhafte Atmosphäre, tolles Essen, wunderschöne Umgebung und Menschen, die ihren Gästen das Gefühl geben, willkommen zu sein.

Amazing! The staff is lovely and they are really careful that everything is covered for you during your stay.

Najlepszy hotel na Zanzibarze
Pros:

Piękny pokój, sprzątany codziennie, ręczniki wymieniane co 2 dzień. Obsługa cudowna, w szczególności Gloria, obsluga pomagala w kazdej sytuacji, nawet gdy za bardzo opalilysmy sie na sloncu dostalysmy aloes do posmarowania ciala. Bliskosc oceanu, fajny basen, wiele miejsc do odpoczynku. Wlascicielka Anna rowniez byla bardzo pomocna. Najlepszy hotel w jakim kiedykolwiek byłam.

El sitio es idílico, todo está muy limpio, la comida muy rica y el personal muy amable, sobre todo Glory. Además puedes reservar actividades directamente en el hotel. Te lo ponen todo muy fácil para descansar y relajarte.

Amazing with a bump in the road
Pros:

The location was amazing, quieter beach, blue ocean, during low tide you can even enjoy some tanning on the beach. The views for breakfast and our room was amazing. Walking distance to other restaurants at other resorts like Upendo, The Rock, Baladin if you are keen on trying other menu's. The staff was great, our room was serviced daily in respectable times. They were kind and always willing to assist and help.

Cons:

Our snorkel gear was stolen from our porch which was unfortunate, the staff was a bit nonchalant when we asked regarding security and our complaint, not sure if it was due to a language gap. We never felt unsafe but we felt uneasy and an invasion of personal space that we were aware of the rest of our stay. They can pay a bit more attention to detail, we had no coffee in our room and it was not replenished when asked but all and all a great stay and even though we had some bumps, would consider staying there again.

Le petit paradis
Pros:

Superbe séjour à Mnana ! Nous avons adoré.
L’hôtel est sur la plage la vue est magnifique, d’autant plus que nous avions le bungalow vue mer.
L’hôtel dispose de plein d’endroit pour se poser au calme.
Le personnel est au petit soin.
Et les plats du midi et du soir sont excellents !

Cons:

Toute petite remarque négative le petit déjeuner est un peu léger.
Même s’il y a une belle assiette de fruit c’est vrai nous aurions aimé un peu plus de pain ou petit gâteau …
Mais il reste quand même très bon et ça n’a rien enlevé à la qualité du séjour
