Pros:

The location is very good, close to the port, the Chinatown, Dejima, and everything really. Nagasaki station is pretty close too.
The onsen is also great, much nicer than just taking a shower.
There were also a bunch of freebies like ramen or popsicles depending on the time of the day.

Cons:

The capsule was not very large (compared to other capsules I've slept in), the ventilation and the light seemed to not work, not sure if it was faulty or what.

スタッフの方は、適切に対応いただけました。

Cons:

やはりエレベーターが２基しかないのはオペレーションに無理があります。また、3 階から下降を指示して乗り込んだ客がエレベーター内で上昇を指示し直すと、3階では開かぬままに、上昇しました。
3階で待ってる人からは、私も含めため息が出ていました。
