Great place to stay in Novi Sad
Pros:

Great breakfast, great room. We loved how clean the room. Hot tub in our room made our stay even better. Location is perfect. would come again 10/10

This hotel is unacceptable for accommodation, especially for families.
Pros:

The only advantage of the hotel is its convenient location. There are no complaints about the location.

Cons:

Upon arrival, it turned out that the hotel was actually a 3★ hotel, which did not correspond to the information stated when booking - 4★! This is consumer fraud!

Both standard rooms were very small, dirty, stuffy, and had a strong smell of sewage.

One room was replaced with a slightly larger one.

No alternatives were offered for the second room, and we were effectively forced to pay an additional €30 for a ‘suite’ as there were no other options available.

The jacuzzi was dirty and leaking badly, flooding the floor.

The towel rail was leaking, and when the water was turned on, it flooded again.

The floor was covered with water, which posed a real danger of slipping, especially considering that we were with a child and an elderly family member.

The staff were unable to fix the problem.

The most they did was mop the floor and put a bucket under the leak.

They told us straight up that there was nothing else they could do to help.

As compensation, they offered:

a discount at the nearest bar or

free soft drinks from the minibar

Obviously, this does not correspond to the scale of the problems and cannot be considered adequate compensation for a faulty and unsafe room.

We were forced to stay overnight only because it was already past midnight and we had no opportunity to urgently look for other accommodation.
This does not mean that we agree with the quality of the service provided.

Room much smaller than shown in the pictures
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the cleanliness of the room was at a good level.

Cons:

The room was very small, and getting out of the bed was almost impossible due to the limited space. There was not even a glass in the room to drink water, which was quite inconvenient.

Sve u svemu smo zadovoljni boravkom.
Pros:

Dorucak odlican, smestaj ok, osoblje ljubazno.

Cons:

Parking se dodatno placa, a to nije dodatno napisano, pise da je parking privatan u okviru smestaja. Zavisi iz kojeg dela grada se dolazi, sa jedne strane navigacija navodi na ulicu koja ne postoji, pa se ne moze do smestaja doci tek tako, nego se mora obilaziti sa druge strane.
