Pros:

Tolles Frühstück. Tolle Lage und einfach nettes und gut geschultes Personal. Ich kann das Hotel einfach nur empfehlen. Ich werde immer wieder gerne dort übernachten.

Hotel je moc hezký, snídaně a bazén super. Poloha skvělá.

Cons:

Celkově jsme byli s pobytem spokojeni, ale vzhledem k ceně hotelu jsme očekávali vyšší úroveň služeb. Personál byl milý, nicméně většina zaměstnanců téměř neuměla anglicky, což komunikaci zbytečně komplikovalo.

Na pokoji nám chyběl minibar, varná konvice i základní kosmetika, jako je šampon a kondicionér.

Před příjezdem jsem hotel kontaktovala s informací, že u nás jde o líbánky, a zeptala se, zda by bylo možné připravit nějaké drobné překvapení. Bohužel se tak nestalo. O to více nás to mrzelo, když jsme během snídaní několikrát viděli, že hotel připravoval překvapení pro hosty slavící výročí. Nemuselo jít o nic velkého – i malé gesto by nás velmi potěšilo a udělalo náš pobyt ještě výjimečnějším.

Sehr schönes Wellnesshotel am See
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage. Postkartenartiges Hotel, tolles Ambiente wo man hinschaut. Am See ist der Privatbereich nur für Gäste, genügend Platz. Wellness-Bereich 1A!! Ruhig gelegen, alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal stets aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Immer zur Stelle, schnell und zuverlässig. Sauberkeit sehr gut, überall, top! Frühstück sehr gut und mehr als ausreichend. Standarddoppelzimmer groß, wer einen Seeblick ergattert, hat schon deshalb das bessere Zimmer. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wer das nötige Kleingeld hat.

Abzüge in der B-Note:
Keine Minibar, kein Kaffeeautomat oder Wasserkocher im Zimmer, jedenfalls nicht in meinem.

Dusche in der Badewanne geht gar nicht, vorallem wenn die Duschtrennwand viel zu kurz ist, Überschwemmung vorprogrammiert.

Zu laute Musik am See im Liegebereich. Wurde nach zwei Mal Bitten dann auf ein angenehmes Maß runtergedreht... aber ganz ehrlich, da braucht man gar keine Musik! Wer das will, geht an die Strandbar oder fliegt zum Ballermann.

30 Minuten vor Checkout, obwohl draußen Schild "nicht stören" hängt -ohne anzuklopfen- ins Zimmer zu platzen, ist ein absolutes No-Go!!

Leider ist die Tür des Zimmers schlecht gedämmt, daher vom Gang her sehr hellhörig, wohl auch umgekehrt.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, um den Aufenthalt am Achensee zu genießen
Pros:

Das durchgehende freundliche und kompetente Serviceteam rund um die Gasbereiche.
Die herzliche Begrüßung durch die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sowie die anschließende Einweisung in das Hotel und dem Zimmer waren hervorragend .
Auch das HSK Team war sehr zuvorkommend, rücksichtsvoll und hat die Zimmer immer im exzellenten Zustand verlassen..
Besonders die Lage des Hotels, sowie der Service direkt am See war, exzellent, freundlich und schnell.
Abschließend sei er noch erwähnt, dass die Eigentümer immer präsent sind und den Gast gerne unterstützen oder Hilfe anbieten!

Cons:

Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre von unserer Seite aus das im Frühstücksbereich Hunde erlaubt sind und diese auch noch auf dem Schoß vom Tisch mitessen. Hier müsste das Servicepersonal vom Frühstückservice einfacher, aufmerksamer sein und dieses zu unterbinden..
Des Weiteren wäre ein kleiner Vorschlag meinerseits um die Belästigungen der umliegenden Zimmer durch Raucher (starke Raucher) auszuschließen oder zu mindestens eindämmen, hier könnte man vielleicht vorab die Frage an den Gast stellen, ob er zum Beispiel einen Hund hat und ob er Raucher ist. Danach kann man die Gäste zielgerichtet in die einzelnen Zimmerbereiche einteilen.

Pros:

Geweldig hotel, pure klasse en service. Fantastisch personeel. Geweldig ontbijt, ruim, veel keuze, heerlijk restaurant, prachtig terras. Er is voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Een prachtig terras met heerlijke ligbedden aan de Achensee. Prachtig infinity pool met verwarmd water. Heerlijk om af te wisselen met het koele water van het meer. In een woord, genieten!

Cons:

Een heel klein dingetje, de muziek bij de ligbedjes mag wat meer gevarieerd en wat zachter.

la piscina maravillosa, instalaciones al rededor de la piscina muy buenas,,, orilla de lago wow, ubicacion increible, comida muy rica, variada y abundante

Persönlich geführtes bestes Haus am Platz, jederzeit wieder!

Geniale Lage am schönen Achensee mit tollem See Spa und auch gutem Indoor Spa, leckerer Verwöhnpension, sehr freundlichem Personal, das auf unsere Wünsche einging. Demnächst noch mit Sushi Restaurant. Guter Ausgangspunkt bei jedem Wetter
